Inspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath. There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty). Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb. The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet. Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.) Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.) There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

It was a bit tricky because the hotel is inside the scenic area, so a ticket (110 yuans) is needed ( even though it is mentioned when the hotel is booked, I missed that information) and the scenic area can be seen in an hour so if you want to go out and play somewhere else and then come back, you will be asked to buy a new ticket. On the other hand the hotel staff helped us, during the day we stayed in a hotel nearby ( just a room ) we left our bags there and went to play to other scenic areas (they all need ticket) and after 9:30pm we went to our original hotel no need for ticket after those hours. So it was a bit weird but kudos for the staff for being so helpful, the morning view from the hotel was nice and the environment feels good.

Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.

El propietario es muy amable. Instalaciones: pintoresco y natural. Higiene: Muy limpio y la cama es muy cómoda. Medio ambiente: el lugar escénico es muy agradable y el autobús turístico es particularmente conveniente. Desayuno: Muy completo, nutritivo, sencillo y delicioso Servicio: Muy atento, la jefa fue muy considerada y me dio sopa de frijol mungo gratis cuando regresé por la noche.

El hermano pequeño de la recepción es muy entusiasta, ayuda a mover sus maletas, el entorno de residencia de la china y la regla de la ciudad, muy cerca de la entrada de la zona de Wuzan, y el techo de hierro en la casa es un poco insuperable

Tuve una gran experiencia alojándome en esta habitación también solo 1 noche. La chica de recepción fue amable y amable y el propietario me dio un descuento del 20% cuando almorcé o cené. La habitación estaba limpia, el hotel da a la calle pero no hay ruido por la noche. Es tan tranquilo. El wifi funcionó sin problemas. Sólo necesitas caminar 5 minutos hasta Wuzhen y XiXia. Lugar perfecto para pasar un momento de relax después de un gran día caminando por Wuzhen, Xixia y DongXia. Siempre hay muchos restaurantes, pequeñas tiendas y lugares para tomar café o té con leche alrededor del hotel.

Had the pleasure of staying in Wuzhen Zeilin viewing Pavilion boutique Hotel for one night. Upon arrival, the boss was very friendly and gave us local tips for around the Wuzhen area and future travel advice around Jiangsu. The hotel is just a short walking distance to the main Wuzhen Xizha tourist area. The room provided was very clean and spacious, with a large shower. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs for an affordable cost. The boss also provided a driver for us to travel to Suzhou. Highly recommended and would book again if we ever visit Wuzhen! 👍

Fui allí justo a tiempo para el festival de teatro. No he decidido las opciones de alojamiento en el lugar pintoresco. Creo que este hotel es muy bueno y no es peor que quedarse allí. The hotel is new and super clean. Staff are nice and the services are generally up to the standard. However, during the breakfast time, we have experienced a little problem at beginning but was handled appropriately afterwards by Mr. Li, the dining hall manager. He acted promptly on the problem and we were convinced by his sincerity! The breakfast was top notch in terms of selections and quality: from the variety of cheeses to the quality of the egg station, nothing disappointed us! Keep in mind that we have traveled the world and have stayed in some of the best hotels. This hotel surely became one of our favourites! In addition, Mr. Zhang, the reception manager is super helpful as well. He is truly a professional - being curtious and able to identify customer's needs in the mean time. Mr. Zhang delivered a 5-star service during our stay! In all, we had a blast 2-day stay in this great venue! Highly recommended!
