"Alison made check-in easy & gave clear instructions on the rooms, & car registration details. She was friendly & welcoming. Room 104 was clean & comfortable. The room is located right above reception so we heard a lot of noise from guests coming back from a wedding (which we’d been to). It was a Saturday night, everyone was jolly & happy so not a complaint just an observation. Slept really well, blackout curtains really do their job well."
