Estuve aquí para una boda en junio y no tengo una sola queja. ¡Desde la bella dama de la recepción (no recuerdo su nombre) por responder todas mis preguntas sobre Toledo al equipo de valet que corrió para el auto de todos! ! Tuve el placer de hablar con un joven caballero llamado Kyle durante 10 minutos. ¡Tenía una sonrisa en su rostro todo el tiempo y no podría haber sido más amable! Dejó mi auto en el área ”vip” porque le insistí en que tenía que irme antes que el resto de la fiesta. ¡No puedo esperar hasta mi próxima visita a Toledo para ver el bar de la azotea!

Vine a la ciudad para visitar a la familia, la habitación estaba muy limpia y a un precio razonable. Disfrutamos de las compras en las muchas áreas de compras cercanas, hay muchos restaurantes para elegir a poca distancia del hotel. Definitivamente se quedará en este lugar en nuestra próxima visita.

El hotel está en el otro lado del supermercado, el restaurante, muy conveniente. Sin embargo, el desayuno del hotel es muy general.

Inspeccionar era super rápido, suave y el personal era grande. Parecían orgullosos en su hotel y fueron muy útiles. El hotel está situado en una zona decente cerca de unos pocos restaurantes y si conduce un poco, cerca de todo. La habitación era muy limpia y se sentía moderna con todos los muebles en buenas condiciones. Las camas estaban cómodas, quizás sólo una pequeña empresa con unos pocos capas de ropa. Todo estaba en gran orden de trabajo, incluyendo el AC y Wifi, funcionaba muy bien con nuestros dispositivos. El baño también estaba tan limpio con muchas toallas y los toallas básicas. Mucho espacio en el baño, pero lo hicimos. La zona de desayuno era limpia y bien almacenada con una variedad de artículos, no sólo pan y mofetas. Cada vez que vimos al personal, siempre eran amables y útiles. A veces, Nos olvidamos de estar en un Super 8 porque se sentía más como un agradable Holiday Inn. Mejor aún, era muy tranquilo y ambos nos sentíamos muy seguros en este hotel. La próxima vez que estoy en la zona de Toledo por unas pocas noches, vengo aquí y ya lo recomendé a mis amigos!

We stayed here as a last minute stay and it was absolutely miserable. This is a party hotel. We were just looking for a place to sleep for one night. For the amount we paid (over $180) you would think they would have more than one functional elevator, a working pool and hot tub, have clean mattresses, and better control of their guests. There are several ballrooms in this hotel, so again, you have a party hotel. There was a sports group of preteen boys (red shirts that said ‘Rangers’) who were playing hide and seek tag in the hallways, lobby, and elevator until about 11pm. Around the same time, the Jones family reunion got kicked out of their ballroom and brought the party to the room next to ours, with a connecting door. From 11:15pm-1:30am we called and walked down to the front desk a total of 7 times asking for help. The girl at the front desk was left there on a busy Saturday night with no help, no manager, no support. Police had been in the building for drunk patrons several times and she told me she had been trying to reach her manager for help and kept getting sent to voice mail. She offered to move our room, but my argument was that we should bot have had to move in the middle of the night, the loud party guests should move. She told me she could not move them because they were part of a group rate, so if she moved the loud room she would have to move everyone in the group. Not believable. She also said she had gotten several complaints about this room, not just from us. They did not quiet down until 2am. The clerk (Taylor?) told me she would comp my room but did not have the computer authorization to do it, but her manager Chelsea would be in at 7am. When we checked out at 9am, there was still no manager on the property. The new clerk told me that Chelsea would call me to comp my room when she came in (within the hour), but she never called. When we *****ped our bed this morning we noticed there was no mattress cover on the bed, and there was a huge stain on the bed. I also found dirty washcloths and towels on the floor of the closet in the room. If you are looking for a dirty party hotel, this is your spot. If you want a hotel that posts everywhere that your satisfaction is guaranteed but does not stand behind that, this is your spot. If you want a clean and restful place to sleep, go somewhere else.

Este es un hotel más precioso para la zona y no nos habríamos quedado si supiéramos la tasa. Llamé al teléfono de la empresa y el tipo dijo que la tasa está listada en el sitio web y no lo tomaría.
