Hotel Monterey Akasaka

Hotel will be blackout from 12:00 to 14:30 on Monday, 5 April, 2021 (planned). Water supply will also be cut off during the period. Late check-out won’t be accepted on Monday 5 April 2021. Please notice: Elevator will also be stopped(please use the emergency stairs if you are in a hurry). Hot water, air conditioning, internet, lighting, TV, power sockets, etc. will not be available. Please do not leave computer electronics to the power outlet, data may be lost. When the water supply is restored, red water may flow initially. Please leave the water taps on for a while before using them. Each room is equipped with a small torch. If you need to drive in or out of the car park during the period, please inform the hotel reception when you check in. The multi-storey car park in the building will be closed. If you need to use your car, please take it out of the garage before the power going out. An additional accommodation tax is charged in Tokyo. Guests are required to pay JPY100 per guest per night if the room rate per night is between JPY10,000 and JPY14,999, and JPY200 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY15,000 or greater. The hotel will be conducting General clean-up for air conditioner in guest room from 9:00 to 17:00. There might be some noise during 10:00 to 15:00.[25 feb 2021 - 27 feb 2021]

Cars equipped with carriers or rear tires may be refused parking. On every second Wednesday of the month, the inspection is performed from 2:00 AM to 2:30 AM. During this time, you will not be able to enter or leave the car.
