Hotel Yanagibashi

La habitación es demasiado pequeña, el equipo es muy antiguo, solo un ventilador puede funcionar un poco, el aire acondicionado es casi inútil.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I arrived exhausted from my trip and they wouldn’t let me check in. THEY EXPECT YOU TO ENTER YOUR ROOM ONLY AFTER 4 PM — THEY’RE CRAZY! Who rents a hotel room you can’t use until 4 PM? The staff at reception DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH, and the manager was extremely rude to me. I SUFFERED DISCRIMINATION! The next day, you’re supposed to rest at the hotel all day, right? BUT NO! The manager told me I COULDN’T REST AND HAD TO LEAVE BY 10 AM. Why the hell rent a hotel room if you can’t stay? ALSO, YOU CAN ONLY RETURN TO THE HOTEL BY MIDNIGHT AT THE LATEST — THEY’RE INSANE! You should be able to return whenever you want. I came to Tokyo to have fun! CHECK-OUT IS BEFORE 10 AM, AND IF YOU’RE LATE, THEY CHARGE BY THE HOUR. They even charge for storing luggage! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL — IT’S DISGUSTING! !!! 最悪の体験！!! 旅行で疲れて到着したのに、チェックインさせてくれなかった。部屋は午後4時以降じゃないと入れないなんて、おかしい！ 午後4時まで使えないホテルを借りるなんてありえない！ フロントは英語が通じず、支配人は無礼極まりない。差別を受けました！ 翌日はホテルで休めるはずですよね？ でも違う！ 支配人に「休んではいけない、午前10時までに出て行け」と言われた。使えないなら部屋を借りる意味がない！ さらに、ホテルに戻れるのは深夜12時まで。狂ってる！ 好きな時に戻れるはずでしょ？ 楽しみに来た東京なのに！ チェックアウトは午前10時前。遅れると時間課金され、荷物預かりも有料！ このホテルには絶対行くな！ 最悪だ！ **糟透了的体验！** 我旅行累得要死，他们居然不让我入住！**非要下午4点后才能进房间——疯了吗？** 谁会租一间下午4点前不能用的酒店房啊？前台**根本不会说英语**，酒店负责人还对我超级粗鲁！**我遭到了歧视（种族歧视）！** 第二天本应该能在酒店休息一整天对吧？**才不是！** 那个负责人说“**不能休息，上午10点前必须退房！**” 不能待着我租这破房干嘛？！**还有，你半夜12点后就不能回酒店了——神经病啊！** 住酒店当然该随时都能回啊！我是来东京玩的啊！**退房必须在上午10点前，超时还要按小时收费！** 连存行李都要另外收钱！**千万别住这家黑店——恶心透了！ **TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!** I arrived exhausted from my trip and they wouldn’t let me check in. This hotel is exactly what it should be and what it advertises. It a clean safe place to store things get a little work done and get a great night's sleep. Close enough to attractions and the trains that you're not schlepping for hours to get somewhere yet far enough to be quiet. I'd stay here again.

Small room as a common standard hotel room in Tokyo. But so far everything is okay. The location very near to subway stasiun.

an old hotel suitable for budget traveller who need a privacy room. the manager at the check in counter speak a little English and will remind you to check out at 10am. On Sunday, no luggage storage allow. no guest allow to enter into the room.

I'm very disappointed with this hostel. It's advertised as a business hotel but it's very far from a business hotel but almost similar to a bed bunk capsule hostel. The reception area is too small, messy, very hot and no chairs to sit. The lady owner is trying her best to be nice as possible but u can't erase the fact that the hotel is very old, spooky and outdated. She has lots of briefing and instructions before she assign you to ur room like every time you go out you have to leave your old physical key attached in a bulky room number keychain to the front desk. Not a key card Hahaa! When I entered my room she provided me an electric fan coz shes aware and told me the air-conditioning is very old and weak. Room size is very small and spooky and outdated. Cleaners don't follow instructions if you hang the do not disturb sign. They entered and throw my stuffs that they think it's garbage for them. I end up complaining and scolding them the next day regarding do not disturb sign and privacy. Overall the hotel is overpriced. 150 USD for 3 nights. Air-condition is ancient, door lock is old manual key style, shower and sink is old manual PVC type, although it's near asukabashi station and convenient stores but the area is boring. Olympic inn in azabu area has the same rate but best room size, modern amenities and unlimited free cola, beer, tea and coffee. I don't recommend this hotel Yanagibashi. I will never stay here again. I recommend Olympic inn azabu. Stayed there for 3 nights with same price.

Very convenient location. Clean but just a bit old for the facilities.
