We had a very pleasant stay at Tokyo Station Hotel . The room is quiet and clean , all amenities ample . Location is central to all our favorite shopping areas.

I loved it here! It’s my favourite hotel in Tokyo thus far! The staff are amazing from the get go. We’ve booked the meet and greet service from the station and I’m so glad we have booked this service! Its made the navigation in such a gigantic station much easier! Every staff we have met has been extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. I have a little one who loves trains and staffs would prepare the little amenities for him. Our room is extremely comfortable and quiet amid being inside the station! One of my favourite moment is breakfast! It’s full of different choices, and they are all really delicious!

Our favourite hotel in the Tokyo Area. Stayed here numerous times over the years. Very conveniently located right on top of Tokyo Station, makes it easy to travel anywhere. Breakfast has a good selection of both Japanese & Western cuisine, and served up in the pleasant Atrium. Service is good as usual, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff.

Absolutely amazing hotel in an historic building.   Staff members were very attentive and provided excellent service. Rooms were well maintained, cool and comfortable. Incredible breakfast with western and Japanese offerings. Highly recommend.

Second time staying in this hotel, great location if you plan to travel a lot in and out of Tokyo.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Great location superb service. Breakfast was amazing.

Cannot beat the location of this hotel which sits directly above Tokyo Station. Beautiful hotel with lovely staff who speak perfect English. The Chief Concierge Ms Mori was so helpful and affable - able to help with all requests. Breakfast spread in The Atrium was good as usual but there was just the one platter of marinated raw sea bream as the sashimi dish. The fruits were tiny cubes of melon, pineapple, kiwi and orange (1 each) in individual serves. Last year, there was chirashi offered. And in 2019, a huge platter of all kinds of sashimi and slices of Hokkaido melon. The drinks and snacks / plates offered at the hotel's bar called Bar & Lounge Camellia were excellent. We visited thrice. Happy Hours is 5 to 6 pm with cocktails (even Bellini & Mimosa made with champagne !), beer, wine, mocktails at ¥1300. Staff were congenial and bartenders very professional.

It is a legacy hotel worth trying in a life time.   The restaurant for breakfast is a good photo spot 👍👍👍

Beautiful hotel, best breakfast in Japan.

Staying at this quaint and historic hotel was the best experience. The rooms are not large, but they are well-equipped and the bedding is comfortable. There is a bit of a distance between the elevator and my room, but it was fun to look at the paintings and photos hanging in the hallway. The breakfast was delicious, but it was mostly Japanese food and it felt like there was a bit of a lack of Western food. It was a bit disappointing that I had to wait in a long line when checking out.

Excellent staff and service. The room is spacious and decent. Happy to stay here for 3 nights!

Conveniently located above the train station, with a famous mall right opposite.
