Como todo hotel en Tokyo, instalaciones confortables pero muy peuqeñas, la ubicacion es muy favorable

La ubicación era buena porque estaba muy cerca de la estación Tsukiji, pero aparte de eso, el servicio y la limpieza de la habitación eran muy deficientes.

¡Huir! ! ! ! ¡El indio de recepción habla muy mal inglés! ¡El hotel es muy pequeño y destartalado! ¡La mesa está rota! ¡El cuero del taburete está rayado! ¡Y eso sin contar las habitaciones! ! ! ¡Esta habitación cuesta 700 RMB por noche y realmente no vale la pena! ! ! Me quedé allí una noche, pero no pude soportarlo más y ¡me escapé toda la noche! ! ! ! ¡Es realmente muy malo! ¡La ventana es pequeña y no se puede abrir! Instalaciones: ¡Viejas! ¡romper! Higiene: ¡Sucio! Servicio: Quería cancelar el contrato de arrendamiento antes de tiempo, pero la recepción se negó a reembolsarme el dinero. ! ! Más tarde, Ctrip ayudó a reembolsar el dinero. Este es el peor hotel en el que me he alojado durante mi estancia en Japón. ¡En el momento en que abrí la puerta, un olor a humedad golpeó mi nariz! ¡Las ventanas no admiten apertura para ventilación! ¡La funda del edredón azul no debe haber sido cambiada, tiene muchas bolitas y se siente muy sucia! Había una sábana blanca debajo de la colcha, pero la sábana no cubría la colcha, lo que probablemente significaba que las personas se sentirían incómodas durmiendo bajo la colcha con la sábana blanca entre ellas, y su piel se sentiría sucia y con picazón toda la noche. La calidad de un hotel con un precio superior a 400 es peor que la de un hotel con un precio de 200 en China. La única ventaja es que está cerca de la estación de metro. Además, no hay zapatillas desechables ni agua mineral gratuita, que sí proporcionaban en Osaka y Kioto, donde me alojé antes.

No es muy bueno, pero es barato. Puedo considerar usarlo de nuevo, saludos...

No había aire acondicionado, estaba roto. Hacía un calor sofocante en la habitación. No pude dormir. No había agua, ni café, ni té en la habitación. La recepcionista era una basura. Nunca más.

Este hotel fue una verdadera decepción durante nuestro viaje a Japón. El servicio fue pésimo. El personal nos regañó y rechazó nuestra solicitud de limpieza por llegar 20 minutos tarde. Fue realmente inesperado y no habríamos tenido problema si simplemente nos hubieran dicho que no podían hacerlo porque llegamos tarde. Las habitaciones estaban sucias y las toallas tenían un olor raro. Las pantuflas que tenían eran reutilizables y están casi deshaciéndose. Yo diría que ahorren dinero y vayan a otro sitio a menos que sea absolutamente necesario.

El lugar está cerca de la estación de tren con una caminata mínima. La zona es tranquila, sin grandes alardes. A poca distancia del mercado Tsukiji. Pequeña recepción, nada especial. Pero la limpieza es deficiente y tenga en cuenta que la puerta no se cierra sola. Las puertas deben cerrarse manualmente después de salir o entrar.

Excelente ubicación, muy tranquila. Me quedé una noche con mis 2 hijos. La habitación era pequeña pero tenía todo lo necesario, incluso un baño muy profundo. Gran presión de agua en la ducha y la cama era bastante cómoda. Personal del hotel muy mínimo, pero no nos quedamos con ganas de nada.

Everything good / especially the location. But the furniture, especially the desk, has become worn out and should be replaced with a new one.

Very convenient location: around the corner from the subway, close to 4 shops, 10 minutes walk to Ginza and 20 minutes walk to Tokyo station.

I regret not listening to the advice in other reviews, we had a really bad experience at this hotel and with staff. Firstly we have stayed in a livemax for every one of our 4 visits to japan in the last couple of years and up until this stay we had great experiences all round with the hotel and Japanese staff. From the moment we walked in for checkin till our checkout we had a bad experience. The staff were less than useful even at their bare minimum of work they had to do. We had arrived to the hotel 30-40min before checkin time of 3pm, we weren’t acknowledged on our arrival till I had to interrupt the staff at the desk who were having their own chat. I introduced myself and asked to checkin and apologized for being early. This was met with what seemed to be the manager say “check in is at 3pm sorry” and turned around and continued his conversation. I requested again to see if we can do the checkin formalities early so we return later and head to the room which all they did was confirm we have a booking and thats all. At least the let us leave our luggage behind. Another incident was when I requested for an additional pillow for our room as the ones provided were insufficient and quite soft. This was instantly denied with no other reason than “we do not provide extra pillows”. For a hotel with numerous bookings and rooms you would hope they stock additional linen. There was no apology, no other explanation, no empathy nothing just denied service. The cherry on top was that we had to wait at the reception for quite some time ringing the bell to get a staff member to come out to assist, they were in their staff room having a nap. Going to the cleanliness of the whole hotel and room. This was a mess from ground floor to foyer and within the rooms. The cleaning staff lay out their equipment in every open location from reception with no regard for guest access. The rooms still has rubbish from the previous guests and really worn out. I knew when booking the hotel it wasn’t going to be a 5 star stay but this place was less than a half star stay. The dissatisfaction would mainly be with the staff, they are all foreigners that don’t express the beautiful and welcoming Japanese hospitality. Every other hotel we stayed at in this trip with Japanese staff treated us with so much respect and helpfulness. The entire staff in this hotel were foreigners (assuming Nepalese or Bengali) and treated us with no respect, were not welcoming, not helpful and seemed to be more bothered we made them have to do their jobs during our stay. Take my advice don’t stay here, spend a bit more money and stay in a better hotel.

The location is very convenient. It is just 5min walk to the Tsukiji station and 10 min walk to the Tsukiji Outer Market. There are several restaurants and convenience stores e.g. Lawson, 7 eleven, Family Mart nearby the hotel. The room is clean and has no smoking smell. The room size is just nice for solo traveller. Although the room is small, it has a mini fridge, microwave, etc. It also has complete toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, etc. The receptionist is also very helpful in giving suggestions on how to get to the airport. Overall, it is a pleasant stay for 6 nights.
