Hotel Palma is perfectly located close to the city centre and Porto Montenegro. The staff was very friendly and could not do enough to help. Breakfast was excellent, with varied, plentiful and fresh offerings. The room was small but sufficient and the shower was very good. The only thing I would change in the room is the mattress protector, which is made of plastic and made a noise everytime you turned in bed. It was a shame that the beach was being worked on and could not be used yet, but it is understandable because the high season had not started yet. The hotel is in a quiet location.

I recently stayed at Hotel Palma in Tivat, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered stunning views of the bay, which made waking up each morning a delight. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, especially the dining options. The restaurant served delicious, locally inspired dishes that left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, providing a perfect start to each day. However, one minor issue was that the hammam was not fully functional during my stay. While this didn't significantly impact my overall experience, it was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to a relaxing session. Despite this, the rest of the wellness facilities were excellent, and the staff did their best to accommodate my needs. Overall, Hotel Palma in Tivat is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely quiet Hotel on the bay. We had a standard room with side sea view. The room was a little small but lovely big shower and room for storage. Small beach straight outside the hotel we would out there every morning it’s a stunning view. Breakfast was a good and a buffet style and staff very friendly and helpful.

I had a standard land view room. The room was set up well, plenty of space for me as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, soft but also supportive. There is a thick mattress protector underneath the sheets that is noticeable at first. However, I got used to it quickly and it didn’t keep me awake. I am a big/fat person and though initially the shower looked small, it was plenty of space, not even a difficult or tight fit. Room was clean but could use some updates with fresh paint for example as there were quite a lot of scuffs which made the room look a bit drab. I didn’t have a sea view but I did have a balcony that overlooked town and the beautiful mountains, so it was still a very nice view! Of course everyone loves a sea view but the land view isn’t disappointing at all. The hotel restaurant was nice for dinner, the food quality was good. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety of hot and cold options including meats, cheeses, eggs, breads, fruit, yogurts, pastries, and a variety of hot and cold drinks; I was quite pleased with it. I also had a very good professional massage in the spa that was very relaxing! I have only two main complaints: one is that for a 4 star hotel, it would be nice if there was at least one free bottled water available in the room daily. It’s not nice to have nothing to drink in the room, especially in the morning. Hot tea/coffee option in room would improve it more as well. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere without that option - this is the first time for me that it wasn’t available in the room. It would also have been nice if the bar on the first floor was fully open. I was able to sit out and I think maybe they would serve you from downstairs if asked but it wasn’t clear and there was a sign on the first floor bar saying they were closed. It was a nice area otherwise. Not a complaint for the hotel but just be aware there are mosquitoes in the area, I got a few bites sitting out in the evening. Overall the staff were polite and welcoming, the hotel room was nice, the food options were good, and the location is very pretty. I wouldn’t have a problem staying here again but if I came again I may also try another hotel to compare.

A lovely hotel which is only about 15 minutes from the airport. The staff were brilliant, always helpful and smiling. The hotel was spotlessly clean with staff constantly cleaning and checking. Our room had a small balcony which looked out over the sea with various superyatchs moored in the bay and small local boats going about their business. The weather was absolutely lovely, although a little on the hot side so the aircon was used extensively during our week and it was perfect. The only aspect we felt needed improvement was the food, we had booked half board, but decided that we would eat out a couple of times, although we did eat in the a la carte restaurant in the hotel two evenings which was much better and we really enjoyed the food. We would certainly stay here again, but probably book B&B instead.

We were lucky enough to have a sea view room, and it was glorious to wake up to that view every morning! The hotel is in the more chilled end of the resort, which suited us fine - and it was a lovely walk from one end of Porto Montenegro to the other where you can really see 'how the other half live', with the £50Million superyachts and high end boutique shops! The hotel itself worked perfectly for us - and yes, whilst it is true that some of the breakfast staff look thoroughly miserable to be there (which we also found true of many of the staff in shops/restaurants/buses etc throughout Montenegro tbh!), the reception staff and cleaners were really friendly. Danica on reception never failed to greet us with a smile whuch really made a difference! The rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. In all, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is on the front so requires a short walk after being dropped off at the back by taxi, but this makes it very quiet if you want to relax & chill. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (booking restaurants and taxis). The room was on the small side but was modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful whether continental or cooked. One of the best features is the first floor terrace, where all you can hear is the lapping of the waves on the private beach. A place to have a drink or nightcap.

The hotel and location is beautiful. Hotel is immaculate and the staff are super lovely. The views are magnificent and breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this hotel and location. The harbour is on another level. I'd recommend hiring a boat for 60 euros per hour.
