Amazing hotel and service! Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon.

Great location, and the service is impeccable. Very clean, nice food. The only negative is that Spa facilities should offer more for a 5-star luxury hotel.

Este año volví con la familia al Chedi y lo pasamos de maravilla. Han pasado muchas cosas en Lustica Bay en solo un año y el hotel ha mejorado aún más. La comida era de primera categoría, increíble desayuno a la carta y excelente menú para la cena. A los niños les encantó andar en bicicleta y una sala de juegos muy bien hecha y actividades para niños (mi hija participó en una actividad para hornear galletas). El hotel se siente impecable y nuevo, muy bien cuidado y el personal es muy profesional y cortés. Se han abierto varios restaurantes nuevos en la Marina desde el año pasado. Volvimos a alquilar bicicletas eléctricas y disfrutamos de un maravilloso recorrido por la península. El spa es muy agradable y está bien administrado, definitivamente uno de los aspectos más destacados. Volveremos.

An extraordinary complex with all facilities! Hotel Chedy with extremely friendly staff and comfortable accommodation completes the comfort and quality of the complex. Our business visit was spent enjoying the hotel facilities. A real place with a great location with a private beach and marina. Great bars and restaurants with great food and service! All recommendations!

The Chedi is beautifully appointed and even the fragrance as you enter the lobby is beautiful. From the time we checked in, I cannot remember the names of the reception staff, to when we departed, we had nothing but exceptional service. All the staff are always pleasant, smiling and so professional. As this was a birthday celebration, we had a lovely suite and the hotel went out of their way to recognise this special occasion. From the cake in the bedroom to the handwritten cards, this was truly a memorable stay. We spent most part of the afternoon at the Spa and again we received such special attention from all the Spa staff. The hotel decor is fresh and every corner holds something special. Our suite was beautiful, lovely comfortable bed, crisp linen, all sorts of bathroom amenities and all eco friendly. We ate lunch and dinner at The Spot and again, the food was delicious and the service and attention from the waiters was impeccable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety to choose from.

The hotel is gorgeous, the service is impeccable, all the staff are very attentive, professional and polite, nothing is too much trouble. The food at the Chedi is delicious, some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, the quality is exceptional. The rooms are modern and stylish, big fluffy towels, dressing gowns and slippers provided as well as lots of toiletries including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors and shaving cream. The pool area is lovely and always had spare sunbeds, one small complaint is that the outdoor pool is very cold! But would be refreshing in the height of summer! The Rok beach bar is very nice and food really good. The beach is very rocky and you need sliders on to get to the sea. Lustica bay is a small gated holiday village and is very quiet at this time of year. We took taxis to Kotor and Tivat both were 25 euros each way. I would definitely return to the Chedi it deserves its 5 stars!
