Todo bastante nuevo y en perfecto estado, cama confortable y café expresso en el comedor!!

Estuvimos 2 noches, nadie paso para hacer la habitación y se dejó libre desde las 10:00AM hasta que volvimos a la habitación 20:30PM.
La limpieza de la misma era muy correcta, así como la ropa de cama, pero al no venir nadie durante la estancia a realizar la habitación por eso le doy 2 estrellas.
La nevera hacia mucho ruido, y no enfriaba nada.
Por lo demás no hay quejas.

Everything was great. The breakfast could be better but everything else was awesome. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness is a 4.5. However, they do not offer daily room cleaning. Not a problem for me, but if I were traveling with family it would be a major red flag.

It has been the best experience so far the staff was very helpful and professional polite and the hotel was great also the restaurant attendant Nikki was awesome would recommend it to anyone great place to visit and stay

Staff was fantastic!! Our room was not ready at check in time but they switched our room to accommodate us. Only reason for 3 stars was cleanliness. Room really needed fresh paint and a deep clean.. it just looks like the minimum is done.

We arrived extremely late and we were greeted by the nicest young woman. She could not have been a better first impression for Hyatt. Hotel is conveniently located near-ish the Kennedy Space center. Unfortunately our weather was not the greatest - no fault of Hyatt. Breakfast was very “continental” basic items - would have liked some healthier options - possibly yogurt, granola, etc. Room layout was great! King bed with divider seating area - large screen TV.
