DeView is like my second home whenever I return to Penang to visit my elderly sisters. I have been a regular guest and each time I return I feel so at home here in DeView. Spacious room. Beautiful view of the city and hills on the 5th floor of my room. Good location with lots of food stalls at a foodcourt and coffee shops near the hotel. However the toiletries can be improved especially the quality of the bar soap leaves hand feeling oily after wash and toilet roll is too thin. There is no hand towels place in the room. Each time I return, I have to request for it from housekeeping and not always available. This time of my stay, I was told the Akino Restaurant no longer serve breakfast. I was so looking forward to morning breakfast during my previous stays. Although the spread were limited, but to me it was sufficient for a simple meal. There is a new halal restaurant, Warung Mamak took over the site which serves roti bakar set with 2 half boiled eggs and a cup of coffee. Cheap and good if you are lazy to walk to the nearby foodcourt for breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at One Pacific Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff, who made the check-in process seamless and welcoming. The lobby’s modern and chic design set the tone for the rest of my stay.
My room was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured contemporary decor with thoughtful touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The large windows provided a stunning view of the city, adding to the room’s tranquil ambiance.
Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delightful experience. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was extensive and catered to all tastes, providing a great start to the day.
One Pacific Hotel’s location is another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to many attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city.

他們這裡是採用先進的機械式停車庫，停車方式很新穎，而且還提供免費的泊車服務。辦理入住手續超級快，前台服務態度超棒，親切又高效，基本上有什麼需求都會盡量滿足，真的很貼心。整體環境乾淨、寬敞又明亮，房間設計時尚但不失格調，處處能感受到酒店的用心，比如提供吹風機、體重計等小物件。床品的舒適度更是沒話説，晚上睡得特別香，我居然一覺睡到天亮，大愛了！

酒店內設有游泳池，但是目前尚未正式對客人開放，有點小期待。最讓我驚喜的是，房間內的飲料、零食和咖啡都是免費的，小細節特別暖心。早上睡醒來杯香醇的咖啡，滿滿能量開啟檳城之旅美好的一天！

酒店周圍有很多本地美食，char kuey tiao, laksa, nasi lemak, chicken rice, hokkien mee…, 走路就能找到好吃的，完全不愁吃喝！入住時有問過前台，才知道這裡是新酒店，難怪看起來這麼乾淨又新！雖然他們家剛開張不久，但體驗感真的超棒的吶，老實説CP值還挺高的，想在檳城好好玩的家人們，不妨考慮這裏呀！下次真的還想再來入住呢🤭

酒店位於喬治市，地理位置不錯，去The TOP Penang、Komtar、1st Avenue、Prangin Mall和Gurney Plaza購物廣場等都很方便，自駕或搭Grab都可以在10分鐘以內輕鬆到達，非常適合我這shopping queen！這次來檳城剛好遇到The Top有齋戒月自助餐（Ramadan Buffet），就順便體驗了一下，而且還能免費登上檳城Komtar最高的68樓欣賞夜景，真的超值超棒的！
整體來説，這次入住體驗真的很棒，已經期待下一次再來啦 💕

Great hotel for close proximity to Malls, FoodStreet, Beach Coast walks etc. It has very couteous n professiinal customer service with a kindest smile that warms your hearts each time you past them by. Aboveall, rooms and amenities are well design, fresh and clean too. Such a comfortable outstanding place to welcome every guest. This is my second time here. There is so much creativity in their food offerings in and buffets specials every weekend too. Its really a go to hotel with reasonable pricing of a 4 star hotel. I will be back the next visit to penang.

El diseño exterior e interior de la casa es muy bueno. Los turistas que se alojan aquí también son bastante diversos. El check-in es totalmente autoservicio. El único inconveniente es que la habitación es relativamente pequeña y el aislamiento acústico es relativamente deficiente. El sonido de las personas que caminan, hablan y abren y cierran las puertas de la habitación de al lado se puede escuchar muy claramente.

La única cosa buena que tengo que decir sobre este hotel es lo útil que fue el concierto Sr. Ganesan. El recomendó lugares sorprendentes para que nos visitas, siempre dejó de hablar con nosotros y fue muy amable. Todo lo demás en este hotel fue terrible. El hotel era limpio y nuevo pero la piscina era llena de hojas y de manchas. Tanto mi compañero como yo tenían infecciones de los ojos desde la nadar. El personal del frente estaba todo roto con las habilidades de servicio de clientes cero. Una dama me dijo que mi solicitud de extensión de la habitación se confirmó el día en que me inspeccioné, pero el siguiente turno insistió que no tenían ninguna solicitud de extensión y simplemente se negó a hacer nada para ayudar a decir que estaban en plena capacidad hasta que la escalaba a la La sala de estar fue muy bien, pero no se le dio la oportunidad de comer en el hotel. El hotel es limpio y nuevo, pero el personal del frente es el peor que he conocido en todos mis años de viaje.

UUsuario anónimoThis is my second time staying in Parkroyal Penang, everything was fine, except the bathroom water trap, shower half way the water stucked there, I think the housekeeping should clean the trap for a regular basis to avoid it to happens.
Breakfast session was quite crowded although it was not holiday season, foods was average, there are plenty more can be improved.
I personally like the beach very much especially on sunset. I will definitely be back again in near future.

UUsuario anónimoE&O is our favourite hotel in Penang. Being a local Penangite, we frequently ate at Sarkies and even had our wedding in this hotel 10 years ago. We're back in this hotel for our anniversary, however we were a little disappointed with our stay. The bathtub in our corner suite is extremely dirty and stained. We asked the housekeepers to clean it as we wanted to use it. Worse of all, when we filled the tub with water, to our horror, the water was brown in colour!! Not sure if there is proper maintenance done to ensure the water supply is not tainted. The housekeepers also did not refill the complimentary mini bar items despite stating that our suite includes replenishment of the mini bar items on a daily basis. The surface area and tables were not wiped properly as well when they came to clean the room. We hope the management would seriously look into this matter, especially on the water source and overall cleanliness of the suite / bathroom.

AAprilLa ubicación del hotel es fantástica. Está cerca de centros comerciales y las atracciones y restaurantes están a poca distancia. Estamos muy decepcionados con la habitación. En la habitación que nos asignaron, uno de los aires acondicionados de la habitación no funcionaba y enviaron a los técnicos a repararlo. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación ya que todavía no se puede resolver después de aproximadamente una hora. Finalmente nos mudamos a nuestra nueva habitación después de más de 1 hora de espera.
Tenía muchas ganas de alojarme en este hotel, pero las fotos reales y las del sitio web son muy diferentes.
Había 2 dormitorios y solo 1 tiene baño adjunto, el otro está al lado del baño común en el comedor. Toda la zona tiene un ambiente muy minimalista.
El inodoro no tiene ganchos adicionales para colgar la ropa. Así que tendrás que poner tu ropa o toalla poniendo la funda del inodoro. La mampara de la ducha ni siquiera evita que el agua salpique, por lo que el suelo siempre está mojado. No hay soporte para papel higiénico ni lugar para poner el gel de ducha, etc. en la ducha.
Durante todo el día, hay este ruido que hace el compresor del aire acondicionado. Es muy irritante ya que afectó mi sueño.
En general el servicio del hotel desde las atenciones es bueno ya que intentan atender los problemas pero las instalaciones y la experiencia que tuvimos. No lo recomendaré ni volveré otra vez. Totalmente decepcionado!!!

The only set back that I faced is the cleanliness in the room. The new towel in the bathroom was dirty with obvious stain. When asked for room cleaning, the towel was left on the floor to indicate immediate change but they quietly fold it back and put back the same towel at the rack. That was a big disappointment. The chair was dusty too with many unknown hairs attached at corners. The room cleaning service was very poor.

MMr. MisanthropicLa experiencia del check-in fue desagradable y la recepcionista fue brusca en su manera. Ella tomó mi tarjeta de crédito para que pagara el impuesto turístico y cuando su máquina rechazó mi tarjeta dos veces, su actitud fue que mi tarjeta / asumió que la falta de crédito era la culpa. De hecho, cuando regresé a la mañana siguiente para intentarlo nuevamente, aún así fue rechazado (sin embargo, funcionó bien hasta el día de hoy, y siempre lo ha hecho), fue su máquina la que tuvo la culpa, tres veces. La actitud general de ambos recepcionistas fue fría y poco acogedora. La experiencia de salida fue similar. Frío y hostil. La habitación era muy bonita (piso 10). Tuve que pedir esto dos veces o me hubieran colocado en el 3.º o 6.º. Las amas de casa fueron excelentes. Había un fuerte olor a orina en la habitación los últimos días de nuestra estancia de 3 semanas, pero eso no fue culpa del personal de limpieza. Es el ”sistema” del hotel ya que el olor desaparece al cabo de unas horas. La piscina de la azotea era preciosa con una gran vista. Eric, el chico de seguridad en el vestíbulo de abajo, fue encantador y muy servicial. En general, fue una buena estadía, aparte de las chicas de la recepción que, supongo, no se preocuparon por mí, ya que claramente no soy rica. Es una pena porque soy muy amigable y cortés en mis modales.

Bboon22Room is clean, quiet and comfy. Location is just adjacent to the New Lane night street foods, also is within 15 min walk to komtar/mall/Chowrasta Market. Other than that, one will need to take buses to reach major tourist attractions.

UUsuario invitadoCustomer service was top notch, very friendly staff. Special thanks to Ember who helped to change our room nearer to the lift as our elderly folks are not able to walk far. Breakfast was superb, lots of variety. Bed was comfy, we had lovely snooze. They even have a kids club where your kids can spend some time playing in there - a rare feature even among 5 stars hotel nowadays. Swimming pool is shaded by the hotel building in the morning so we could swim till noon and don't even feel any heat from the sun, but the opposite happens during the evening where the sun is fully blazing down on the pool. We went during the weekdays so there were less people but during weekends, you could barely swim around. Now on the not-so-good things - the car park is all stairs, no ramp, totally not friendly to the elderly and had to carry my luggage through the stairs. And you still need to pay RM 3 per day for it!! The hotel is across the road from the beach so you have to walk across a bridge and a deep long stairs down to get to the beach and it is quite dangerous, esp for kids and elderly people. All in all, we enjoyed our time there but there are many better hotels around Batu Ferringi.

RR...AThe hotel is very old located in the center of George Twon closer to seaside. I have booked family room. Space and lay out is ok but 2 issues, 1 the inner parents room has a large empty space by the window (seaview the say but hardly seeing tho) we were puzzled why no pair of sofa chairs with a tea table, what is this space for? Super odd...
2 the connecting door for two rooms doesn't close well, not saying the lock doesn't work, no no, the door can't even able to be fully shut.
Services is almost zero. Don't count on it. All in all besides the location and fact has family room options, I don't have anything else to write home about this hotel. Oh and the sound proof is zero too, not saying between our 2 rooms. I basically had bad sleep whole 4 nights stay cos outside in the hall almost never stopped having doors open/shutting and people loudly talking/walking by noises...
Won't book again.
