This is a good hotel with a robot to deliver foods

We stayed at a room for triple, nice room, clean, good location, near subway, mall, and easy to find food around the hotel. Sure will stay again if go to Tianjin.

The hotel was clean and had good modern facilities. It is well situated close to many tourist attractions and in a conservation area. The manager spoke excellent English and gave me helpful advice on the local tourist amenities.

We had a wonderful time stay at yr hotel . The staffs was very helpful especially Andy Lau. He assisted us with transportation & directions.

I just stayed in Hanting Gulou hotel for 10nights when I visited my family in Tianjin. I really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel’s location is really good. And the hotel room is very clean. They clean the room every day. You got everything you need: the toothbrush toothpaste, slippers, hair dryer, drinking water bottle. All the staff in the reception are very polite and helpful. I got a small problem with the toilet in my room. I told the young man in the reception. They sorted it out for me immediately and keep checking it up with me. Thanks very much to all the staff in the reception. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone if you’re going to visit Tianjin.

The room is little, but cozy and with very smart hacks and a super comfortable bed. Location of the hotel is very central and close to the subway station. Staff was nice, but there was a delay with the availability of our room and the breakfast was very "traditional". By the way, best shower ever!

Great location, just minutes of walk to the Gulou attraction. 5 minutes walk from the metro station that has a few attractions in that line. Staff is friendly n room is very clean, cozy and quiet. Lots of eateries nearby and downstairs of the hotel too. Special thanks to Andy and we will book again on our way back to Tianjin.

非常好的服務，可以説是我住過的漢庭裏面服務最好的一家了，無論什麼時候進入大堂，前台的員工都會打招呼不會裝作沒看見，老闆娘更是非常熱情。 位置不錯就在鼓樓附近的步行街上，下面吃喝都有外賣也很方便，離西北角也很近。

飯店人員很貼心，臨時需要提前寄放行李，直接幫忙辦理入住，不用扛著行李跑行程，房間環境舒適，設備狀況也能第一時間解決，地點就在戲劇博物館及鼓樓旁，非常方便，之後會再選擇入住~~

地理位置絕佳，緊鄰鼓樓，步行可至多個景點，遊玩出行超方便。酒店外觀融入鼓樓特色元素，傳統與現代結合，有傳統裝飾與藝術品，文化氛圍濃。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，床品舒適，隔音好，還有特色歡迎小吃，細節用心。早餐豐富有當地特色美食，餐廳可

這是我第二次入住天津鼓樓景區裏的漢庭酒店。員工非常尊業，笑容滿面，環境衞生乾淨，床也很舒服，地理位置優越，離地鐵站口很近，最主要是去哪兒都非常方便而且還很近，天津之眼摩天輪，意大利風情街，古文化街媽祖廟，天津世紀鐘，西北角網紅打卡早餐，都是騎自行車10分鐘即到，離天津站和天津西站打車也是10分鐘或地鐵都方便，有來天津玩的朋友真的可以選擇這裏入住，酒店員工非常有禮貌。注：漢庭是我來天津入住的首選酒店之一 ❤️
