Good location, near attractions place , but I think It is not close to subway station ,It’s just walking distance but I think It is far 😅. Good breakfast, but the staff wasn’t tell me about everything,she tell me only my room number 😅. She didn’t tell me about breakfast,minibar(I can drink it free)… I suggest using Didi…It is cheap and convenient.

Stayed at Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower and it turned out to be a very good experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and stylishly designed, offering the kind of comfort you would expect from a newly opened Novotel property. Everything—from the lobby to the rooms—felt fresh and well-maintained. Its location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding attractions, dine at nearby restaurants, and get around the city with ease. Whether you’re in Tianjin for sightseeing or business, the hotel serves as a great base. Service was smooth and efficient, and the overall environment was comfortable and pleasant. A solid stay and definitely a hotel I would return to.

Had an enjoyable stay at Novotel ! Staff are friendly and approachable . My son broke a light by accident yet the hotel staff asked if my boy is ok straight . When I offered to pay up, they reject my payment. Such service definitely makes me want to stay Novotel again next time.

We arrived the hotel early in the morning around 10am. Was trying luck to see if there’s any room available for early check in, the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful enough to check for us and offered us a free upgrade of room type and helped us checked in early. The breakfast is very decent and clean. Overall a pleasant stay for 2 nights.

Excellent and modern hotel. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy. Service was great with free self service laundry. The robot sent our takeaway right to our room. Awesome stay!

Location is good, family room is convenient for family of three.

If the toilet doors can change to non-transparent type would be better. Everything else is good.
