This hotel is very old property. Very poor hygiene and bedsheet and comfort doesn't smell pleasent. The Rooms smell like and old building with know proper ventilation. The breakfast is very basic.we don't suggest

The weather is hot and the AC was troublesome, the towels, linen and pillow were worn out and appear shabby. The front office itself was sweating and there was not boy to take the guest to the room. One has to find out the room and take entry. Once you entre the room it's hot and linen were shabby.

Spa staff cheated me, she bought my cash showing a girl and send another girl for service.. this is hurting me a lot.. she behaved me like a *** , and insulted me a lot.. I didn’t get such bad experience yet.. she refused me for some other guy whom she liked …

Hotel near temple and having all amenities of five star hotel. Good reception, house keeping and restaurant. South Indian breakfast was the highlight. Since the stay was for one night, we cod not see the rest of the facilities. Parking was in front of the hotel and was limited.

It says it is a 5 star hotel ! I really don’t know how they got it ! It is more likely a 3 star hotel to me. Room was pretty small for a deluxe. Towels were very old and torn. The bathroom looked like an ancient one. The breakfasts were below standard and the common urinals were dirty and smelly ! The only good thing was it was close to the city centre.

Normal neat rooms. The hotel is not five star service. Tv connection available, spacious rooms. However congested corridors will give the guests a creepy vibe. Basement parking also available. Overall, just ok.

only good part about this hotel is , location. I was wondering how come this hotel is 5 star!!!! the room is not very clean. carpet and the wooden floor looks very dirty. Bath room is full of stain. the towel provided is washed but the white towel has become grey. there is no toilet tissue. got one small roll after asking. I had topay 5500 rs for one night stay. its not at all worth. i stayed here 30th of December 2022.

It's completely 👎, the ac was not working, after complaining too ***y times, we got another room. The room was not clean and bathroom was clogged, the drain was clogged, a complete disaster. The staff was very unfriendly. Please do not stay it is not even one star hotel
