Situated amidst the tall Ponderosa Pines sits this peaceful home away from home minutes outside of Sunriver. Inspired by the clean details of a Modern Scandinavian design with thoughtful touches of high quality Finnish bedding, Mid Century furniture and your comfort in mind. Everything you need and nothing you don't, this home has three bedrooms with quality queen mattresses and a large sectional in the living room. The primary bedroom has an attached bath with a triple headed tile shower and is separated from the other two bedrooms. There are three TVs, one in the living room, one in the primary bedroom and one in the second bedroom. They are all smart TV's with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. The kitchen is well equipped complete with a Cuisinart pour over style coffee maker.
The vaulted ceiling creates an airy, spacious feeling in the open living room, dining room and kitchen area. This opens via French doors to the covered back deck that has a propane grill and outdoor dining table.
We have a covered front and back deck to enjoy coffee or an afternoon drink. The 1/2 acre lot boasts a large back yard that is perfect to enjoy the hot tub, BBQ grill or extra large fire pit. Lay in the hammock out front or in the back and enjoy a good book. We have a paddle board, a fishing kayak and a tandem kayak for your use as well as four bikes available. We have private neighborhood access to the Deschutes River less than a mile away with easy to walk streets.
Close to restaurants and the Sunriver Country Store for your convenience. The High Lakes, Mt. Bachelor and downtown Bend are all within thirty minutes. Visit the High Desert Museum, the Lava Cast Forest or the Sunriver Nature Center and Observatory for close by adventures. Excellent fishing, paddle boarding, hiking, sight seeing, snow activities and beer tasting all nearby.

Everything was in top shape, clean and very comfortable. Check in was a breeze, didn’t kayak or ride bikes but it was wonderful to have options. Loved it here and plan to return next year. Mahalo!

We had a great stay at this property and found it very conveniently located. We initially thought that there was direct river access from the property, but learned that you really need a vehicle to take the water toys down to the dock. There are local services that will pick you up and take you to various spots on the Deschutes river pick you up and then bring you right back to the house. If you have a pick up truck or large vehicle to transport the water toys that is ideal. The house was very clean and well-maintained and we had an awesome vacation. it was also well stocked with all the essentials. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay in Three Rivers
Cassandre was very kind and patient guiding us through the activities of the area. Lots of family fun including kayaks and bikes (3 cruiser bikes one 20” and one 26” bike).Highly recommended!

Family get together

Great family time!
This house was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. We were able to gather for meals, card games, and relaxing in the evening. Highly recommend!

Family Celebration of Life
This home worked out perfectly for our family. We enjoyed all the nice touches from picnic blankets to wood for the fire pit. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We also saw shooting stars one night from the hottub. The kayaks were stable and fun as well. Look forward to renting again, thank you!

Beautiful property and modern home
Loved staying here! It was so decorative and cute. Couch was super comfy and everything was updated. The only downfall is the ice machine didn’t work and no ac but there were fans that helped cool the house down. Overall super nice stay here. Very quiet and the huge yard was a plus. Highly recommend it!

Great location and home !
House had all the extras to make cooking and relaxing easy.
Hot tub is tight for 3 but house is great for 5 adults which is what we had in our party. Host was great with the communication exchanges we had. Two 👍 cheers
