Just everything little aged, the shower drain back up water, flooded to the outside of the bathroom. The safety box did not work. Otherwise is good.

Great location and proximity to the beach.

The Radisson has big clean rooms and lovely grounds. The staff are very friendly, helpful. Beach is fantastic. Fortunately several very good restaurants within walking distance as Radisson restaurants are disappointing. They do however put on a good breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay.

We had a terrible time at Radisson Grenada. 1) We had a meal at the Oasis restaurant and a cockroach ran across the floor. I told the waiter and he just chased it under a flower box. 2) We checked into our room and the towel rail was hanging off the unit, there was chipped paint on the furniture and walls, the shower shelf was not secured, the bathroom light was flickering, the curtains were filthy and torn, the toilet roll holder was falling off. I told reception and they said they would send maintenance but it took almost the whole day for them to fix all the issues which took time out of our holiday. 3) We ordered a meal in the sunset restaurant, we ordered callalou soup and chicken roti at midday, after waiting for 2 hours we decided to leave. On our way out the food came but they got the order wrong so we decided enough was enough and we walked out. I complained to the manager but I am still waiting for a response. 4) I saw a cockroach in the bathroom which disappeared behind the mirror when I tried to catch it. I asked reception to change rooms but they said the hotel was full. So we asked housekeeping to spray the room, which they did, but the cockroaches came back night after night. I killed 4 cockroaches in that room. 5) On New year's Eve a cockroach crawled across my feet whilst watching the live band. On day 11 they finally moved us to a room on the other side of the hotel but it was too little too late. The hotel is not fit for purpose.

When we arrived our rooms were on the second floor with no lift. Reception eventually found one room on ground floor. Bar and restaurant service appalling. Waited over an hour for a salad

Great overall

The resort was well kept the stuff was easy to work with also very understand. They also help me with my luggage to take it down the stairs, I will return to stay another time.

Safe, peaceful, staff response to guest needs are quite slow

Love the pool close to beach the resort is beautiful. Need to upscale rooms. WiFi work great servers are slow but everyone is nice. Will definitely go back

I loved it here. The one thing I was disappointed with was that my bath tub was visibly dirty.

The property was beautifully manicured with plants and flowers that added so much to the overall experience
