Hay un mercado nocturno a menos de 100 metros y muchos restaurantes y cafeterías alrededor del hotel. El hotel tiene aparcamiento, pero no ascensor, solo escaleras. Tiene tres plantas y las instalaciones son algo antiguas. La presión del agua en la tercera planta es inestable, pero no afecta a la ducha."

Nos cobraron más de 50 euros por una silla barata y cuando nos negábamos tranquilamente a pagar por algo que claramente no era nuestra culpa, tres miembros del personal nos rodearon físicamente, levantaron sus voces y actuaron de una manera amenazadora y intimidante. Se sentía como un abuso. Nos obligaron a pagar bajo presión, temiendo que la situación pudiera escalar aún más. Fue una de las experiencias más asustantes y humillantes que hemos tenido en un hotel. No hubo intento de escuchar, no respeto, no profesionalismo sólo temor tacticas y comportamiento agresivo. Este lugar es totalmente mal gestionado, y lo que nos sucedió es más allá inaceptable es una cuestión de seguridad personal y decente humano básico. Aquí está el hotel, donde se tratan con respeto los huéspedes."

"I stayed here for one night on a 30-day self-driving road trip that included both far northern and southern Laos, to Vat Phou. The vehicle, a four-wheel drive Ford pickup truck was hired from and returned to Luang Prabang. This is a true three-star hotel that operates like a full-service five-star property. At a walk-in rate of 630,000 LAK this falls into the high range of my normal budget. However, the other nearby properties were unappealing or more expensive. If you want to save some cash, move away from the riverside. Otherwise, this is a very good, professionally run hotel. The room and bathroom were both clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water, and wi-fi worked well. The bedding, towels, etc. were good. Breakfast was also included in a full-service restaurant that is also open for lunch and dinner. There is ample parking for folks who self-drive. I would have stayed here on my way back north through Thakhek but I chose another less expensive property that I will also review."

"Super nice staff, we spontaneously gave us a room for the night. Unfortunately, the washing basin was broken. It was partly dissolved out of the wall and hang down and was light. One staff member looked at all, but meant we could use it like that. Then it went well, we were just careful. Otherwise beautiful facilities and good breakfast "

"The hotel is less than 100 meters from the pier, right next to the center point, making it convenient to find dinner. There is a coffee shop in front, but the room does not have a TV. The room is a bit old, but clean and usable."
