The staff was welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff did a great job each day. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee provided daily. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities. I particularly enjoyed The breakfast buffet was fresh and had a good variety of options. Overall, I’d definitely recommend for couples or families looking for a Good hotel in Thai Nguyen City.

The hotel has good services & food in Restaurant; the room is kind of old especially the bathrooms

I was satisfied with everything but the man chef. When I had the breakfast at the restaurant, I was so excited about the beef pho. But when I asked him if I could have the beef pho, he said no. It was ok, I chose the chicken pho. But the ****, after few minutes, I got back again and the nice woman chef serviced me. She said “ Do you want to try the beef pho ? “. I was so confused, but it was not the end, the *********** came by and said to the woman chef : “ just give a little “. What the **** do you mean ? I paid for the whole service at the hotel. I gave you an opportunity to do your work. When you just are an employee, don’t think you are the boss.

It was an amazing location for couples. The room is really clean.

タイグエンでは最高クラスの様子。 スリッパが共用でこれが良くない。 バスタブはある部屋もある。 朝ご飯はまずまず、フォー美味しい。 近くにカニうどんが食べられる店があり、最高でした。

Khách sạn rộng, đẹp. Phòng cũng rộng rãi, nhiều tủ chứa đồ. Thái độ nhân viên khá ổn.Đồ ăn sáng rất ngon. Nhất là những món ăn Việt Nam. Mình đã lấy đồ ăn lần thứ 2. Chắc là do phòng mình là phòng đầu hành lang nên khá ồn. Cách âm kém. Nếu có lần sau mình sẽ đến ở tiếp. Xin Cám ơn!❤️

雖然是個浪漫名字的酒店，但是我是一個人出差來的。設施過得去，環境也還行，早飯的河粉也不錯。交通便利。

房間衞生超差，空調不製冷，，酒店經常停電，
