"I stayed in Raggio Di Luce (Ray of Light) in Punto Di Lengo for 4 days with my daughter. The hotel is , beautiful, very clean and homely. Carla, the hostess is very helpful, going out of her way to help, assist and give the guests the best experience. The area is butiful and likeable all year for hiking & skiing.. Carla speaks Italian and also very good German, English. We didn't take pictures of the hotel, it looks better than in the website and the view is butiful. I hope to visit again soon."

"Estadía de un adulto + 2 niñas (2 años y 5 años). Precio acordado para 2 noches de 220€ + cama de camping x la niña de 2 años (ver fotos de correo adjuntos). ¡Llegó la cuenta y la mala sorpresa! 280€ en lugar de 220€, es decir, 60€ más (camping cama) y justificado como sigue: suplemento del costo x las camas de la cama de camping y porque la niña de 2 años ha consumido de todos modos el desayuno. La niña de 2 años pagó casi como un adulto. El cuarto triple costó 300€. Una puntualización me siento que hacerlo: - los precios escritos en el Mail debían ser más claros y transparentes - el costo de la cama de camping debería ajustarse a las tarifas de los otros hoteles (gratuito o de cualquier manera max. 15€/día por lo general) - la habitación estaba equipada con sólo un par de toallas por tipo (en este momento debería haber ajustado el número al número de huéspedes que han pagado hueles)"

"The staff are lovely, so is the food , ect but the rooms are disgusting .When i got yto the room on the first day after a long day of travel i was very disappointed now the room itself was lovely but definetly not cleaned enough as my bed was coverd in crumbs and hair i would probably stay again but request fresh sheets or bring some with me."
