Very well located, connected to one of the airport high speed railway station. So one can easily take the train from TLV airport and walk to the reception. Connected to a shopping mall and food court. Overall therefore very high degree of convenience. Room size is excellent (we were of course upgraded), and IHG status genuinely honoured (even if you have booked through points). Our stay experience was enhanced by a gentleman called Pasha. He was omnipresent, and very helpful. When we enquired whether there’s an elevator to the station level, (my wife had a bad knee and was unable to handle steps), Pasha offered to go to the station and check! He reached our baggage in the evening and carried it back when we were checking out. He acted as the Concierge also beyond office hours. Had breakfast in the hotel and found the variety as per standards expected. Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv CC will not disappoint you. The only feedback i have is that the invoice which the receptionist promised to e mail me (she took my e mail id on a piece of paper, although it’s available as I am an IHG member), never came in.

El desayuno es muy normal ... Me importa más el desayuno, ¡así que se siente rebajado en general! La habitación es muy conveniente para ver el mar, muy cerca de un mercado famoso, hay un restaurante cerca de la intersección ¡es delicioso! Higiene general del hotel, se recomienda traer su propia caldera, saco de dormir, artículos de tocador, toallas, ¡traiga todo! Si tengo una opción, aún recomiendo hospedarme en un hotel boutique de lujo en la ciudad antigua.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, muy cerca de la plaza Rabin, a unos 20 minutos a pie de la orilla del mar, hay un centro comercial en la planta baja con supermercados y algunos restaurantes. Quizás sea el motivo de la temporada alta. El precio del hotel es demasiado alto y puede ser similar al de los hoteles de negocios comunes en China.

Excelente hotel y ubicación. Lo recomiendo muy bien. Muy limpio y cómodo. El desayuno era grande y está incluido. No tengo quejas.

A fantastic break at the Carlton, fantastic staff as you'd expect from a 5 star hotel but these guys and gals went above and beyond, from the reception personnel and beyond the attention to service was remarkable, amazing location, and probably the best bed and pillows I've ever used.

El personal de recepción fue terrible! Desde el momento en que llegamos, durante toda nuestra estancia, todo lo que teníamos que hacer con ellos fue molesto y difícil. En parte probablemente debido a algunas reglas muy extrañas (por ejemplo, se nos pidió que pagáramos por adelantado por las habitaciones y no se nos permitió dar un número de tarjeta de crédito como seguridad hasta que nos fuéramos y pagamos con otra tarjeta, que no estaba con nosotros en el check in, también cargó a nuestra tarjeta una cantidad de seguridad de 200 € sin siquiera avisarnos, y mucho menos preguntarnos antes de hacerlo). Les pedimos algunas cosas que podrían tener para los niños y nunca recibimos respuesta, incluso cuando necesitábamos un termómetro para uno de los niños a los que llamé porque estaba solo con ellos y no podía bajar a la recepción. Nunca supe de ellos durante más de una hora y tuve que ir a comprar uno cuando mi esposo regresó más tarde. Estos son solo ejemplos, era así con todo lo que necesitábamos o pedíamos y en general eran desagradables. ¿Quizás fue la sobrecarga de la segunda parte de agosto? El conserje estaba en su teléfono móvil en una llamada privada y nos quedamos allí durante 5 minutos hasta que decidimos que era mejor salir y tomar un taxi por nuestra cuenta. La lista sigue y sigue....

El servicio fue muy bueno y mis compañeros se lesionaron en la cintura. El hotel fue notificado para cambiar la cama dura con anticipación, y el servicio fue muy atento. Ubicación cerca del mar. El desayuno es abundante y las instalaciones son relativamente nuevas.
