Very well located, connected to one of the airport high speed railway station. So one can easily take the train from TLV airport and walk to the reception. Connected to a shopping mall and food court. Overall therefore very high degree of convenience. Room size is excellent (we were of course upgraded), and IHG status genuinely honoured (even if you have booked through points). Our stay experience was enhanced by a gentleman called Pasha. He was omnipresent, and very helpful. When we enquired whether there’s an elevator to the station level, (my wife had a bad knee and was unable to handle steps), Pasha offered to go to the station and check! He reached our baggage in the evening and carried it back when we were checking out. He acted as the Concierge also beyond office hours. Had breakfast in the hotel and found the variety as per standards expected. Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv CC will not disappoint you. The only feedback i have is that the invoice which the receptionist promised to e mail me (she took my e mail id on a piece of paper, although it’s available as I am an IHG member), never came in.

El desayuno es muy normal ... Me importa más el desayuno, ¡así que se siente rebajado en general! La habitación es muy conveniente para ver el mar, muy cerca de un mercado famoso, hay un restaurante cerca de la intersección ¡es delicioso! Higiene general del hotel, se recomienda traer su propia caldera, saco de dormir, artículos de tocador, toallas, ¡traiga todo! Si tengo una opción, aún recomiendo hospedarme en un hotel boutique de lujo en la ciudad antigua.

Exceptional experience. WOM is located in a prime seaside location near Shuk HaCarmel, and other than a slightly confusing entrance, easily accessible to the entire city. Rooms are super clean and well stocked with towels, robes and flip flops. I was upgraded for free to a king room, which was extra comfortable. Will absolutely stay again.

No hay cepillo de dientes en la habitación. Llamé y dije que el cepillo de dientes del hotel estaba agotado mañana. Me quedé realmente sin palabras. De todos modos, un hotel de cuatro estrellas ni siquiera tenía cepillo de dientes. Lo que es más sorprendente fue que tuve una reunión importante a primera hora de la mañana del último día. Salida a las 6:30, sin mencionar que llamé al servicio de la mañana la noche anterior, y nadie llamó a las 6 de la mañana. Fui a la recepción a las 6:30 y nadie se marchó. La seguridad dijo que no se levantó y me pidió que esperara hasta las 8 en punto. Al final, fui el único que regresó para manejar el reembolso del depósito después de la reunión, por lo que no tomé el último autobús para regresar a Jerusalén el viernes sábado. La ubicación es buena, cerca del mar y de la estación de autobuses, pero el hotel está escondido en un edificio ruinoso, las instalaciones de las habitaciones están bien, el balcón está reservado para ver el mar, el agua del baño también es muy buena, pero para ser honesto , el servicio y las instalaciones del software son realmente buenos. No vale la pena el precio y el título de cuatro estrellas. Es mejor agregar algo de dinero para hospedarse en el hotel de cinco estrellas Dan de al lado o simplemente quedarse en Abraham por lo menos barato y puede hacer muchos amigos. En resumen, gastar unos miles de dólares para hospedarse en este hotel no es suficiente. También retrasado

I stayed at this hotel for 11 days as I was working in the area and didn't need or want to be in tourist area. The immediate area is busy with car and motorbike garages but that wasn't an issue for me. There are coffee shops and supermarkets in close vicinity to meet your needs. Sarona market and a large Designer Mall are just a short walk away. There are buses that will take you into Tel Aviv and the beaches. If you're brave you could take a scooter. I had a room only booking so can't comment on the breakfast, although it sounded pricey at 80 NIS a head. I had a fridge, coffee machine and kettle in my room, so I could purchase snacks for my own consumption. The hotel provided coffee, coffee capsules, tea bags of different sorts, water bottle and paper cups. They were happy to provide me with milk, but I purchased my own and kept it in the fridge. There was no hotel restaurant open the rest of the day, but you could use Wolt to deliver! My room was on 6th floor and had a balcony. The bedroom had a double bed which was very comfortable, a desk, large TV with multiple channels and Netflix and YouTube options. There was aircon, so it was easy to sit in doors for the day and work. The bathroom had a shower, toilet and sink, which were all clean and useable, there was a strange smell that I couldn't locate but it wasn't too problematic. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion were all available as well as clean small and large towels. I only managed to get to the rooftop pool a couple of times. The space is small and there are sunbeds and chairs. Opening times are limited to 10.30-5pm although I am aware that people were using it at other times. Clean pool towels are available with changing rooms and toilets. There is a bar although it wasn't open when I visited. The only issues were that there were no clothes hanging space, only a set of drawers instead I used the hooks in the bathroom to hang my work dresses. Also I had an electric failure of plugs for fridge and coffee machine/kettle - the staff moved these into the bedroom with the promise that this would be fixed and resited. This did happen, so I was happy that they kept their word. There is a safe in the room which is free to use. The cleaners came everyday, sometimes I was working in my room, but they were polite and friendly, so I want to say thank you for their hard work I was very happy at Jo Hotel, some staff were friendlier than others but I had little dealings with them most of the time. They were responsive if I did have any issues.

Una bienvenida bastante ordinaria es lo que obtendrá de la recepción, el hombre incluso llegó a decir que no le gustaba el área. Luego llegamos a nuestra cápsula a las 3 p. m. y está sucia por la última persona. El frente de la recepción luego nos da la cápsula y la llave de otra persona, pero no ajusta el sistema, por lo que a la mitad de nuestra estadía nos quedamos fuera de nuestra cápsula. Las instalaciones están bien, pero son ruidosas por la forma en que están construidas. La ubicación es genial, y las vistas aún mejores. Solo desearía que el servicio pudiera mejorar.

Nice hostel I’ve been to in a while. Not a party place even with the disco ball in the main lobby. Most of the guests were local. The female dorm was pretty spacious considering it wasn’t packed. We had one bathroom and one toilet per dorm for 6 people. Sink is outside the bathroom and also inside the toilet so one can easily wash if needed. The location is great because it’s next to the Port and Marina, shop, restaurants, and nature. Staff also was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I was concerned about was the dust on my bunk bed as I was on the lower bunk and since I’m allergic I had a stuffy nose the next day but for my very short stay I didn’t mind at all. Will be sure to get the top bunk or a private room next time :)

Hemos estado la familia en este hotel y la verdad es que a nivel de habitaciones y vistas muy bien (si es una habitación de planta alta y reformada). Quizás el aire debiera ser mejor pero todo aceptable en cuanto a la habitación, lo único que no parece de recibo son las amenidades del baño que son malas, el champú o gel es “made in China”, asi que imaginar eso en el país que tiene el Mar Muerto para hacer productos maravillosos. Los desayunos caros, en especial te cobran lo mismo si es Shabbat que un día normal, cuando el primero no te hacen ni un café. Pagas 30 dólares por cabeza y claramente no lo valen. El precio del hotel es caro, como todo Tel Aviv. Prepara alrededor de 300 euros por noche En mi opinión muy buena ubicación y la playa enfrente genial. Creo que volvería a este hotel sin problema alguno

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights (16th & 17th May 2023) after leaving our cruise which had travelled from Miami USA and ended in Haifa, Israel. We travelled by train from Haifa to Tel Aviv then got a taxi outside the train station directly to the Shalom Hotel & Relax at Atlas Boutique Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and were greeted at the entrance door by Yufus? Jusuf? (apologies if i spelt your name wrong) who lead us through towards the hotel reception desk. We were the first of a group from our ship who were due to stay at this hotel (booked by our travel agent) We were a group of 4 friends/2 couples. Within minutes of our arrival we were offered drink refreshments. The 2 ladies chose cappuccino and the 2 guys opted for a beer. These were quickly brought to us plus a plate of fresh baked croissants (told all were complimentary) Our receptionist (who we quickly found out had used to live in UK - Tottenham/London) was lovely, friendly and explained that although we were early as check-in isn’t usually until afternoon she would do her best to allocate us a room asap. We asked what the rooms where like as we hadn’t chosen them (our travel agent had included the 2 night in Tel Aviv in our cruise&stay package) We were informed our agent had booked the whole group into the hotels smallest/cheapest rooms, all with side views… but assured all were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities as the Front back facing rooms. We enquired about upgrading rooms and we were fortunate that we were able to negotiate/purchase an upgrade to 2 beautiful superior spa rooms (with hot-tub) on 4th floor, with sea views, facing the front of this hotel. These rooms were outstanding. Fabulous rainfall shower in bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, really comfortable super-king size bed, minibar filled with complimentary soft drinks, a coffee/tea machine plus armchair, footstool and the fabulous hot-tub on a raised platform near the window. Also in our room was a complimentary gift of chocolates which was a lovely gesture by this hotel. A great way to spend the final days of our cruise & stay holiday. 👍👍👍👍👍 On the floor above us was a sun terrace equipped with daybed loungers, hammock, rocker chairs and table & chairs, plus gazebo and plenty of extra large sun umbrellas as/when shade was needed. The view from this terrace enabled us to see the sea and enjoy the fabulous sun sets each evening of our stay. This hotel offers it’s guests a fantastic complimentary snacks & drinks “happy hours” from 4pm till 6pm each evening in the ground-floor dining/lounge area. They provided tea, coffee, white wine, fruit juices, a selection of spirits plus an buffet of crisps, nuts, crackers, cheese, hot snacks selection, plus mini desserts of mousse, fruit and/or trifle. Aunque la habitación es un poco pequeña, pero la ubicación sigue siendo muy buena, hay una bolsa de agua caliente muy conveniente. Hay un refrigerio de frutas de cortesía en el lobby todas las tardes. Salir es el Mediterráneo, pero la brisa del mar en febrero es un poco incómoda. La playa es muy fina y suave, y muchos estudiantes de primaria y secundaria están aprendiendo a surfear, no a la misma educación y vida.

Due to two early morning commitments in Tel Aviv, I decided to stay overnight at the Tal. It is a nicely refurbished property, stylish and squeaky clean. My room facing the sea was exactly as described. Everything was new and in working order, and despite three windows - one floor to ceiling facing the sea, one side one towards the city and one in the bathroom - it was very quiet. Nice hot water and big bottles of nice toiletries. I took a short break from work for a walk to the nearby Old Port area, full with nice shops cafes and restaurant. I was surprised how relaxed it all made me feel, and had a very restful night. The rooftop was closed, but it looked a hip spot. Left early so could not sample the breakfast. Definitely a place to come back to.

We arrived in the evening and self-checked in as no staff are available after 5pm. We found this easy to do. The room has a fan and air conditioning, with the latter appearing dated but functional. Both were controlled by the same unit which wasn't easy to understand, but we managed to have both on, which was needed, as the room was very hot without it. When we first arrived, we both had a shower. Unfortunately, a clump of hair was clearly visible in the plug, which I had to remove myself. I did bring this to the attention of staff the following day, and was advised this would be looked into it, but never received any further feedback regarding this. The shower consisted of a fixed waterfall head and another flexible corded one. The waterfall shower was weak, so we used the corded one, which was better, however, this was positioned at waist height on the wall, so had to be held whilst washing, which wasn't ideal. One of the pillows appeared to have signs of mould on it, that had been washed, but signs of it remained. I also advised staff about this, and was again advised it would be looked into, but the pillow we had put to one side just got returned to the bed each time the room was checked. There was a fridge in the room, which we were really happy about, as it was hot outside, and this meant we could cool water for use in the night. However, it became evident that the fridge didn't work properly and only cooled items left in it for a prolonged period. Water we had in the fridge still wasn't cold after two days. I was advised a cleaner did not come into the room every day, which was fine, however, we noticed that an old receipt which we found when we pulled back the curtain remained until we put it in the bin ourselves. There is a cafe attached to the hotel which served a sandwich or pastry along with a hot drink as part of the included breakfast. We found this to be adequate for the day ahead, with a bag being provided in advance for those days we set off early. On Saturdays, the cafe is closed and a voucher is given for alternative cafes nearby, the one we went to provided a plentiful breakfast, more than we'd ever had in the hotel cafe. We are unsure if we would have ever received this voucher however without querying the arrangements for that day. The hotel location is very good for a short walk to the beach, a good sized supermarket, bus stop, and local bars and restaurants. I would strongly advise against having room 320, as this room also had no outside space, and didn't seem well maintained or cleaned.

Cuando llegamos a los apartamentos libres, nos encontramos en un lobby simple con personal muy amable que quería ayudarnos. La entrada fue fácil. No había ascensor, pero el personal llevaba las maletas arriba. Airco no funcionaba completamente pero la habitación era limpia. habitación para 4 personas reservada y camas con espacio, 2x tamaño del rey y por lo tanto no hay ningún pantalla de dormitorio. También estaba en una super ubicación! Todo podía con el pie. Si vuelvo a Tel-Aviv, sé dónde me quedo.

Je vais donner tellement de bons points à cet endroit que je suis sûr que je vais passer pour un Bot ! Non plus sérieusement, si vous visitez Tel Aviv, cet endroit est parfait. Tout était prêt à notre arrivée et nous avions reçu toutes les informations nécessaires pour accéder à la chambre (Clef dans un coffre à l'entrée). L'appartement était propre, spacieux, confortable et franchement une grande partie des choses négatifs que j'ai pu lire n'était pas vraies. Bon allez si, pour trouver un défaut, il manque un petit rebord dans la douche pour poser le savon. Après des heures de randonnées à travers Israël, me baisser dans la douche c'était dur ! Haha :D :D Mais franchement, rien à dire de plus ! Le quartier est vraiment super, à deux pas du marché du Carmel, de pleins de restaurants sympas et tout. Petit bémol, les places de parc manquent dans le quartier surtout le soir, mais il y a un parking payant à deux pas. (Ne vous aventurez pas trop si vous ne savez pas comment marche les couleurs des places telavivienne... le dernier jour la police a emmené ma voiture à la fourrière parce que j'avais pas lu un panneau. Mais clairement cela n'a bien sur rien à voir avec House of Palm ! Juste avec ma flemme d'aller dans le parking payant haha). Bref, vraiment une super experience dans ce bâtiment magnifique, dans un quartier génial ! Notre appartement était un peu en retrait de la rue et nous n'avons quasiment pas eu de bruit. Quand je retournerais à Tel Aviv, ce sera là, assurément !
