El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, el hermano pequeño de la recepción sonríe muy bien y el servicio es muy acogedor; el desayuno es más sencillo, básicamente no hay comidas calientes y puede resultar un poco incómodo para los huéspedes chinos. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento, y las áreas públicas en la puerta se pueden pagar por estacionamiento, y el precio no es barato.

Las habitaciones bien amplias cómodas. El desayuno muy completo y todo muy fresco, desde pescado hasta frutas y facturas, Quesos, ensaladas, frutas, frutos secos, cereales, de todo. Muy bien atendidos. Todos muy amables.

Haber estado en Jacob Samuel por 7 noches con amigos. Reservamos 3 habitaciones y la mía era un Deluxe con balcón. Las habitaciones son modernas y bien mantenidas con buena iluminación, así como están totalmente equipadas con un aire acondicionado eficiente y silencioso. En particular, quiero felicitar a Yariv al administrador de la oficina y a Svetlana en el escritorio delantero por hacer nuestra estadía excepcional.Además, el personal de limpieza de la habitación que hizo un excelente trabajo . El hotel está situado en una zona ocupada con una carretera principal, pero las habitaciones están dobles y casi silenciosas. En realidad estaba tan impresionado en general que regresé con mi familia en agosto y que cambié los hoteles para quedarme en el Jacob Samuel .

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights (16th & 17th May 2023) after leaving our cruise which had travelled from Miami USA and ended in Haifa, Israel. We travelled by train from Haifa to Tel Aviv then got a taxi outside the train station directly to the Shalom Hotel & Relax at Atlas Boutique Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and were greeted at the entrance door by Yufus? Jusuf? (apologies if i spelt your name wrong) who lead us through towards the hotel reception desk. We were the first of a group from our ship who were due to stay at this hotel (booked by our travel agent) We were a group of 4 friends/2 couples. Within minutes of our arrival we were offered drink refreshments. The 2 ladies chose cappuccino and the 2 guys opted for a beer. These were quickly brought to us plus a plate of fresh baked croissants (told all were complimentary) Our receptionist (who we quickly found out had used to live in UK - Tottenham/London) was lovely, friendly and explained that although we were early as check-in isn’t usually until afternoon she would do her best to allocate us a room asap. We asked what the rooms where like as we hadn’t chosen them (our travel agent had included the 2 night in Tel Aviv in our cruise&stay package) We were informed our agent had booked the whole group into the hotels smallest/cheapest rooms, all with side views… but assured all were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities as the Front back facing rooms. We enquired about upgrading rooms and we were fortunate that we were able to negotiate/purchase an upgrade to 2 beautiful superior spa rooms (with hot-tub) on 4th floor, with sea views, facing the front of this hotel. These rooms were outstanding. Fabulous rainfall shower in bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, really comfortable super-king size bed, minibar filled with complimentary soft drinks, a coffee/tea machine plus armchair, footstool and the fabulous hot-tub on a raised platform near the window. Also in our room was a complimentary gift of chocolates which was a lovely gesture by this hotel. A great way to spend the final days of our cruise & stay holiday. 👍👍👍👍👍 On the floor above us was a sun terrace equipped with daybed loungers, hammock, rocker chairs and table & chairs, plus gazebo and plenty of extra large sun umbrellas as/when shade was needed. The view from this terrace enabled us to see the sea and enjoy the fabulous sun sets each evening of our stay. This hotel offers it’s guests a fantastic complimentary snacks & drinks “happy hours” from 4pm till 6pm each evening in the ground-floor dining/lounge area. They provided tea, coffee, white wine, fruit juices, a selection of spirits plus an buffet of crisps, nuts, crackers, cheese, hot snacks selection, plus mini desserts of mousse, fruit and/or trifle. The buffet was constantly replenished by the kitchen staff and guests were free to help themselves to whatever was on offer during this time. Napkins, cutlery, crockery and glasses etc were av

Nos quedamos una sola noche y fue una muy buena experiencia. Personal amable, servicial, nos llevaron las maletas a la habitación para impedidos como se había solicitado . Nos proveyeron snacks de frutas y quesos. Tenía neverita, secador de pelo y todos los complementos para el baño. La limpieza de la habitación era notable. Descansamos muy bien. El desayuno incluido fue muy variado, suficiente y el café por un barista fue el complemento perfecto. Lo recomiendo favorablemente.

Very well located, connected to one of the airport high speed railway station. So one can easily take the train from TLV airport and walk to the reception. Connected to a shopping mall and food court. Overall therefore very high degree of convenience. Room size is excellent (we were of course upgraded), and IHG status genuinely honoured (even if you have booked through points). Our stay experience was enhanced by a gentleman called Pasha. He was omnipresent, and very helpful. When we enquired whether there’s an elevator to the station level, (my wife had a bad knee and was unable to handle steps), Pasha offered to go to the station and check! He reached our baggage in the evening and carried it back when we were checking out. He acted as the Concierge also beyond office hours. Had breakfast in the hotel and found the variety as per standards expected. Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv CC will not disappoint you. The only feedback i have is that the invoice which the receptionist promised to e mail me (she took my e mail id on a piece of paper, although it’s available as I am an IHG member), never came in.

What a great find! We received a free room upgrade, a complimentary welcome drink, and an abundant breakfast all a block from the beach. Clean room, comfortable bed and a fun vibe. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel is clearly meant for young people but I was happy to trade room space for a better price than the standard Tel Aviv hotels. Also a fun vibe in the lobby.

Como en todo Tel Aviv, hay problemas de aparcamiento, pero el hotel puede organizar una plaza por 50 shekels (15 dólares) al día. Muy buena ubicación hotel muy bonito, buen precio buen spa y piscina, buen desayuno. Recomendado para viajeros a Tel Aviv.

1. Es muy conveniente venir desde el aeropuerto o la estación de tren. Tel Aviv tiene tres estaciones de tren, y la estación de tren más cercana al hotel es la estación de Tel Aviv Ha'Hagana. Después de salir de la estación, tome un autobús al otro lado de la calle, cuatro paradas y camine durante tres minutos. Por supuesto, también puede tomar el autobús 445 directamente desde el aeropuerto, pero solo hay un autobús en una parada. Se tarda unos 10 minutos en tren desde el aeropuerto hasta la estación de Tel Aviv Ha'Hagana. 2. Está a unos 25 minutos a pie del hotel hasta la ciudad vieja de Jaffa, a unos 20 minutos junto al mar ya 15 minutos de la comunidad de Neve Tzedek (hay muchos cafés, restaurantes y galerías). Vamos en invierno, si quieres disfrutar de la playa lo mejor es elegir un hotel junto al mar. Principalmente concentrado en la playa un poco al norte. Hay muchos autobuses alrededor para llegar a todas las atracciones. 3. La habitación es pequeña y la habitación club que reservamos no es grande. Pero puedes ver hermosas vistas al mar y a la ciudad, y la puesta de sol es hermosa. La habitación Club tiene acceso al salón ejecutivo, que tiene ventanales con vistas a la ciudad y ofrece bebidas ligeras durante todo el día. La habitación no proporciona cepillos de dientes, hervidores eléctricos, artículos de tocador son L'Occitane, y el sabor es muy bueno. 4. El desayuno se sirve en el bar del hotel, por lo que muchos asientos no son muy cómodos y más ricos que nuestro hotel en Jerusalén, pero la variedad debe ser completa. Con todo, es un hotel confortable calificado, como el Atour doméstico toda la temporada, no un hotel de estrellas.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, la playa está enfrente, camine hasta Jaffa por más de una hora, camine por la playa y observe el paisaje, muy cómodo, muchos lugareños de vacaciones, el paisaje de la playa es muy bueno, el desayuno es rico, hay una piscina, negocios, viajes es una muy buena opción, actualización gratuita, muchas gracias.
