Very dirty Impolite receptionists and bellman Nobody answer the phone in reception Very low quality service Very cold and bad taste tea Nobody carry your luggage to your room Our room had no view to street or alley and this matter was not mentioned during reservation.

It's not good enough to me Breakfast was soo terrible and the table was dirty waiter was solo and he was not pro... The single room that i stayed was not so clean but no too bad And staff not helpful I was looking for flower shop but they didnt guide me, i found it by my self 2 minuets by walk But location is great
