Staying at the Simorgh Hotel, a name rich with historical significance, is usually a delightful experience, but unfortunately, my last four-day visit was nothing short of a fiasco. Despite being housed in the Royal Suite - the highest level of luxury that the hotel purports to offer, my stay was marred by a series of disappointments that began as soon as I attempted to bathe. The primary issue was the hotel's glaring plumbing problem. Upon settling into my suite and attempting to freshen up, I was greeted by a painfully low water pressure. Despite the size and grandeur of the suite, it took an astounding 40 minutes to complete what should have been a quick and invigorating shower. The frustrating experience cast a significant amount of doubt over my own personal hygiene, to the point where I found myself scouring Google for nearby public bathhouses. Moreover, the pictures shared by the hotel did a poor job representing the reality of my accommodation. There was a clear discrepancy between the plush, enticing photos I was presented with prior to my arrival and the actual condition of the suite, which was spacious and comfortable but not quite the luxurious spectacle I was promised. Compounding my initial dismay, the breakfast options were severely lacking in variety and quality. The options were limited and far from the diverse and appetizing spread a hotel of Simorgh's reputation ought to provide. Further disappointment awaited me in the form of a cramped, underwhelming bathroom. The size was completely inappropriate for a suite of such caliber, with hardly enough room to move around comfortably. In addition, the air conditioning unit installed in the suite was excessively noisy, to the point where it significantly disrupted my sleep. After having lodged several complaints about these issues, I was relocated to another suite, a process which necessitated packing and moving my belongings at an inconvenient hour of 1 a.m. The new suite was similarly spacious, but disappointingly, it came with its own set of problems - the water pressure was still pitifully low, and there was a complete absence of hot water. The noisy air conditioning persisted, making for another night of disrupted sleep. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk, I was met with an irritable and loud response from the receptionist, who sharply informed me that all rooms had similar issues and that the water situation would be rectified in about three hours. The sheer rudeness displayed was wholly unbecoming of a staff member at a reputed hotel like Simorgh. My experience at the Simorgh Hotel was an unfortunate array of disappointments. What should have been a luxurious stay in the best suite available turned into a series of hassles that no guest should have to endure. With a heavy heart, I am packing my belongings to move to Espinas Palace Hotel for the remainder of my stay in Tehran, in the hopes of finding the quality of service that was sorely lacking at the Simorgh

This is the fourth or fifth time that I have come to this hotel with my wife and now I am staying there for five days. It has been one of the best hotels that I have stayed in so far, a clean hotel with good access in the center of Tehran and with polite and conscientious staff and with very good management and sensitive to cleanliness and satisfaction of passengers. Apart from this hotel, I have stayed in hotels of a higher grade, but in my opinion, none of them have the peace, cleanliness, and sense of satisfaction of this hotel, as well as the other branch of this hotel, the Eskan Hotel on Alvand Street, that's why this hotel is always my first choice. It has been an accommodation. I recommend it to other friends

La habitación, el servicio, la comida son agradables y el precio es también competitivo.

Es uno de los mejores hoteles de Teherán, y es cierto. Los empleados son buenos y disfrutan de ayudar (pero en todo el Irán se sienten muy amables y son muy invitados). La ubicación es muy conveniente: el famoso Museo de Juguetes (Banco Nacional) está en esta calle, el Museo Islámico está en la esquina, el mercado y el Palacio Real de Gillestano caminan 15-20 minutos, y sólo una gran estación de metro está a unos kilómetros. Vivimos en una habitación limpia y amplia, pero la decoración es extraña. El corredor es un diseño inspirado de doble peak:)

Cuando ocurren emergencias, de hecho no hay seguridad interna en el exterior, pase lo que pase, debes tener más cuidado afuera y prestar más atención a tus finanzas personales. Afortunadamente, fue relativamente fácil comunicarse con el hotel y el procesamiento de seguimiento fue relativamente sencillo.

¡Todo el personal de recepción brinda un excelente servicio! ! Cuando llegamos el primer día, el taxista intentó chantajearnos, pero siguieron ayudándonos a negociar el precio con el conductor. Nos alojamos aquí por dos semanas y nos ayudó a pedir comida para llevar gratis, usar Snap para llamar a un taxi, llevar nuestro equipaje e intercambiar riales por nosotros. ¡Dales un gran aplauso! ! Experimentemos la sensación de ser atendidos en un país extranjero. El jugo en la puerta es delicioso y el desayuno en el hotel también es delicioso, pero comerlo diez días seguidos no es suficiente. . .

En mayo de 2023 viajé solo a Irán y fue mi primera vez en esta región. Me encontré con el Sr. Nima, que era el personal en funciones y que era muy perceptivo, y me ofreció una toalla para fresar y descansar en el salón hasta el comprobado a tiempo a las 2 p.m. El Sr. Nima, consciente de que viajaba solo, también fue muy hospitalario y ofreció que me llevara a un paseo por la ciudad después de su turno, lo que fue refresco, especialmente con una explicación local de la ciudad y la cultura de Teherán. Además, el personal del albergue es muy útil y ofrece consejos no motivados, por ejemplo, cambio de divisas, reserva de billetes, lugares de atracción. El hotel está situado en una zona de metro, donde se encuentran los alrededores de la ciudad.

Hotel muy bonito, pero el servicio de atención al cliente de la recepción no es tan bueno. Excelentes habitaciones, fantástico desayuno y la ubicación estaba bien para mí porque iba a la embajada de México, pero podría no ser tan conveniente para otros lugares populares en Teherán.

El hotel es muy bueno, cómodo, muy limpio y el personal muy expeditivo. Se encuentra alejado del centro lo cual le da un plus, lejos del bullicio y caos típicos de las grandes ciudades. Hay una estación de metro muy cerca y posibilidad de taxis. Los desayunos me parecieron muy buenos, salvo por el café, había una máquina pero no era de calidad. En nuestra última estadía la máquina de café estaba mala y cuando pregunté por el café se movilizaron y me trajeron uno de excelente calidad como yo quería, ese es el verdadero servicio de un hotel de lujo como se espera, los detalles marcan la diferencia.
