Very bad overnight stay at JS. You can get more bang for buck staying elsewhere. 2 big ticket issues: 1. The room is WINDOWLESS! This is not stated anywhere in the booking confirmation or on the room description. Totally misleading! 2. the hotel is for smokers! You can smell the cigarette smoke in the bed covers, the bed, the corridor! this is a major issue when it is not disclosed at the time of booking. They stick non smoking signs all over but they provide you with an ash tray in your windowless room. Photo of ashtray provided. Even after I raised to the reception that there was a distinct smoking smell coming from the corridor of their single level of rooms (accessible via stairs only), the reception just shrugged and said that she had no more rooms (...mind you, it was a Monday so go figure if this was fact or fiction). Her only solution was to spray my room and not to check which room had smoking guests. I'm totally disappointed and this is counted as the WORST hotel stay in my recent memory. Only plus is the accessibility to AEON Terbau which is via their basement carpark.

Very basic hotel which is conveniently located near Tebrau Aeon Mall, Toppen and Ikea all three within walking distance of 2-10 minutes.

Booked for a one night stay only despite of the negative reviews. But unexpected surprise, counter staffs are very friendly. U need to pay 50 deposit to exchange for room key, aircon and tv controller. Room is a king size bed, on level 2, climb the stairs no lift in hotel. Room is very big and Has a hairdryer. Toilet is clean and comfortable too. Only TV is not working there is no reception connection And also no fridge. Overall is good for one night stay if u looking to explore Aeon Tebrau mall which is behind it.

There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials. Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

Nice location! near to AEON

Bedsheet is dirty, towel are yellowish. Room has a smell. Location was ok.

Great location But room no sound proof. Can hear other room talking so loud

It’s not even sound proof, especially doors closing so noisy and loud. Bed frame stained with brown residue, bedroom fixtures with hanging spider web, bed sheets torn. Hotel staff doesn’t greet you upon arrival and no aircon in lobby. Not a pleasant experience. Will not be back, thank you.

Easy parking clean cool

Location still can accept, juz parking in front abit less and if need parking need park to the opposite hero market, no lift and 2 floor room only

Good places to stay for a night for shopping around at jb.
