Location of the hotel is excellent. It is in historic part of Tbilisi. It is lovely and comfortable. Rooms are large and clean. The staff is helpful, breakfast delicious. Price is adequate to quality. I would surely recommend to travellers who search for quiet place to stay in Tbilisi.

Staff at the hotel were the absolute best customer servicing team I have ever experienced. Not only that they thought of everything, go the extra mile, and they are a happy team too. Looks like they take care of people. Must be a fabulous management team at the hotel. Very good location.

I was in Tbilisi for the first time for a few days break. Found this on Tripadviser. Hospitality outstanding with very friendly helpful staff. Started with a complimentary transfer from the airport with snacks and drinks on arrival. Room was spacious and very comfortable although on the last night could hear heavy snoring from next door. My room was on top floor and a little difficult to get to going in and out and up spiral staircases. Not good for people with mobility issues or with lots of luggage but staff are very helpful. They do like cash in any major currency . Breakfast is an option with extra payment but good value. Overall a great little hotel with great hospitality well located and good value. Highly recomended.

A very small boutique hotel in a renovated old house with friendly and excellent management and staff. It's also relatively good for the price. The location is great for walking, very quiet, and there were no issues at night. Cons: - Poor window view: construction visible from the 3rd floor. - Old, narrow stairways. - The air conditioning wasn't very effective. - No backyard or front yard, just a small hallway lobby. Overall, it's more suited as a 3-star hotel rather than 4-star.

We spent 3 nights in this family-run hotel and enjoyed so much! The house itself is an old house that has been refurbished into a small hotel and the rooms and bathrooms remind of old times. Located super well, close to the main boulevard and many nice restaurants. Shota, the owner, and the staff are wonderful and they took all the time to talk to us and share some insights and history of the place and the city. The internal green garden is a bliss and the fact that the hotel is isolated from the street made our stay calm and relaxing. The breakfast are served individually and we loved the home made pancakes and cakes.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and their spoken English is excellent. You walk into a welcoming atmosphere, which is wonderful after a long travel. Rooms, beds, bathrooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding and set up for you at time you request.

Loved this hotel and all the staff members. I highly recommend it! The hotel is a lovely combination of boutique and cozy. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived and regretted that my stay was only 2 nights. And, like others have said, the homecooked breakfast was delicious. Please stay here when you want warm, sincere accommodations. Almost forgot to mention, my room was spacious!

This property I chose because of the reviews and I would truly recommend it to everyone because of their impeccable service and attitude of staff. The hotel is a small boutique property and rooms are good for the price you pay. The points for considering this property are: - proximity to main points. - Exceptional staff and services,they try their level best to fulfill the expectations. Like in my case we wanted pure vegetarian food and they arranged it for all the 4 days we stayed there and gave us different vegetarian options in breakfast( Georgian vegetarian dishes and not Indian) but that was really amazing on their part. - Rooms are good and have good space. Ps: it's a small boutique property and attitude the time of entrance you will feel that you have entered into a house but other than that the experience there was really good.

I had an extraordinary experience at British House Hotel in Tbilisi. From the moment I arrived, the hotel manager greeted me with hospitality and served me a complimentary breakfast and welcome drink while my room was prepared. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, with everyone smiling. They offered to handle my luggage and bring me anything I needed. They were all very accommodating and understanding. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is freshly cooked and delicious. I really enjoyed this experience and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you for everything!
