Wonderful stay as usual, I love the staff here, they are the best in Tbilisi. It's a very relaxing and attractive environment so you can rest properly. I always feel welcomed and comfortable when I stay.

Our stay was lovely: the area is full of nice restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast was great, and served from early in the morning till 11 a.m. Perhaps, some amenities were missing, it was easy to ask for them at the reception desk or restaurant.

A/c didn’t work, it was really hot inside even with open window Reception didn’t find my reservation and it took a while finding it

Hotel rejected to change booking dates, booked wrong dates 2 months in advance, arrived to hotel , stuff was rude and rejected to change dates or cancel booking, after they didn’t accept cancellation in the app two times, be careful to prepay booking, they even cant change dates if same room available

The hotel is very accessible near to the bus stop, walking distance to metro station “Station Square”. The only problem was there was no kettle in the room but you can get from down. Replenishing of water is only upon cleaning. Food wise it was nice only there was no much variety.

Do not support this hotel business. I reserve a room on 16 of March while I am traveling around Kazbegi Georgia. Unfortunately there was heavy snow over night and day that put the road from Kazbegi Kobi in danger of avalanche. The state office shut down the road until noon of 17th for repair the road and restore the traffic as normal. I ask the hotel for refund reason about natural disaster which is not my personal mistake for "No Show". I got refuse from this hotel even trip.com try to exlain in number of time. I travel to Georgia many and many time. I sware this hotel is totally on my Black list for long life.
