Excelente hotel, habitaciones modernas y cómodas.

The first glance upon the room does not seem all that suspicious - apart from the weird location of the sink area right in the room. If you don’t live alone, there’s very limited privacy or space where you can change your clothes. But design is the least of the problems here - in the reviews here you can see guests complaining about cigarette buds behind the window of the french balcony and worn out curtains with holes in them. Management replies to these reviews promising that the issues will be addressed promptly, as they “do not meet Hilton standards.” Judging by my stay, however, absolutely nothing has changed. Replacing a pair of curtains and cleaning up cigarette butts hardly seems like an impossible task. Cleaning service is fine - although one day we had our bath towels taken away and not replaced. A nice surprise late at night, after shower, to find out that you don’t have any towels except for the small ones. The hotel has a laundry room, which is wonderful. What they don’t mention though, is that it’s exactly one washer and one dryer to rule them all. Expect an hours long queue if you decide to wash your clothes in the evening. Well, that’s fine. Since the hotel location is far from the best and there are no restaurants in the area, you can walk downstairs to check out the hotel restaurant. Oh but only one thing - burrata in burrata salad will be frozen (and unfrozen, but only somewhat, so it’s still the consistency of a snowball). Never seen such a culinary masterpiece, but maybe it’s chefs special - i couldn’t finish it though. Perhaps a cocktail for the lady? My Espresso Martini arrived with small black fibres floating throughout the drink. When I pointed this out, the initial response from the staff was to insist that there was nothing there. Only after I physically removed one of the fibres onto a napkin did they reluctantly acknowledge the issue. I’d say I’ll never be back in this hotel, but I will, in fact, be back. Just for one night to see if anything has changed at all. Either way, this feels like anything BUT Hilton hotel. Fin.

Advantages: - size and cleanliness of the room, amenities: there was a lot of space, cleaning came everyday, the vault could contain a big laptop - view from the room: our windows were oriented to the east so we didn’t see the city center. However, we could see the hills, the river with HPP on it and the wedding palace, and this view was very pretty. The view from the room (13th floor) and from the restaurant (3rd floor) is attached. - lack of noise from construction sites nearby and the busy road — with closed windows you can’t hear a thing from the outside Disadvantages: - the dining restaurant: on the first day of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (it wasn’t included into our booking). It turned out that we were the only people at the empty restaurant. While the food was satisfactory, the waiter told us that their check printing machine is broken, so he gave us a random number as an amount that we should pay. We paid it, but when we tried to calculate the amount by ourselves at home (including the service fee from the menu), we came to the conclusion that he added around 20 GEL to the real amount. - the breakfast buffet: the choice was very limited. The only dish with meat was sausage. Other than that, the breakfast was fine. Notes: - before booking we asked the restaurant about dining policy and learned the following: if dinner is included in your stay, it means that you can every day order dishes from the fixed menu for a fixed amount of money (around 70 GEL, which is enough for a meal without alcoholic drinks). - the location is not central, but it is not bad, because the metro station is close. However, if you intend to cross the bridge over the river, please take into account that crossing the road to the bridge would take around 5 mins, because it is a busy road junction. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I can’t recommend either booking the dinner for your stay in advance or visiting the restaurant for dinner by yourself.

Location abit far from the city about 2 km but others was soo damn good, they gave us a great quality clean quite and good smell room with great bed and pillows also provide gym 24 hours and laundry room for free, good to stay when you need staycation

Everything was perfect from start to finish! I was traveling alone, and the exceptional service and genuine friendliness made my stay truly special. I always felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. A very special thank you to Giorgi, Lasha, and Lucas for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely be happy to come back again!

As for solo traveling is ok, a bit pricey for one person but super sheek if you want to treat yourself! I've met a guy from Holland on a motorcycle trip and he always recommended to stay at this place at least for a night because of comfort. Not that more expensive than some other options.

One of the best hotels in the area.

The beds were very clean and the view was amazing from the 10th floor. Our room was always cleaned up whenever we would come back to the room everyday. The bathrooms cleanliness and shower was amazing and very good quality. The staff were very nice and all spoke English, giving us a comfortable and pleasant experience at the Hilton Hotel.

The room with balcony has excellent view. Valued. However, the location is far away from city center.

Nice new hotel. Its about 10 mins away from Rustaveli Ave by Bolt. Personally, due to location will not be staying there again. otherwise everything was lovely.

Hotel name sounds good but actually the room was not clean, on the floor of shower room was bunch on hair, inside the room the floor was not clean as well. Breakfast was ok, not much choice.
