Everything was wonderful. The room is so comfy with a nice river view. Meanwhile, the staff is so helpful and friendly, especially the front desk Nini. 😊

Very godd hotel

When we arrived at the hotel, the manager welcomed us including the receptionist (Lasha). He was an amazing person who helped my stay very comfortable. He helped my order food and made sure everything was very comfortable. This goes the same for hotel manager Mariam. She offered us a room change to a higher level with amazing views when requested. She made sure our stay was very comfortable and ensured everything to our likings. Our trip was short however the amazing hotel made it worth every penny.

The house facilities are very new, the service staff is warm and friendly, the transportation is very convenient, and the hotel breakfast is also very good. Whether you take a taxi or walk, it is very good and worth recommending! Specifically Mr: Rana Ramzan house keeper

Very positive stay - new, chic interiors and excellent customer service. I asked the front of house to help me make a call to a sulphur bath for a reservation and he didn't hesitate to help.

Nice hotel

房間酒店在第比利斯母親河庫拉河畔，河景房名副其實。因為是希爾頓花園品牌，所以設施一般但實用；酒店很新，很乾凈。酒店服務人員服務專業、英語很好。唯一不足的是，沒有自己的停車場，衹是停在酒店旁的公共區域，雖然不收費。

衞生間一洗澡就到處漏水，地上要墊很多毛巾，花灑忽冷忽熱，糟糕極了！酒店臨着主幹道，隔音效果非常差，汽車和摩託聲此起彼伏，尤其是凌晨兩點多，你會無法入睡。每天床單也不換，即便放好了床頭小費，最離譜的一次是連大浴巾也不放，抽紙也就幾張，還掉紙屑。住了五晚早餐每天都一個樣，多少換幾個品種也可以啊！
