Let me start with my stay, it was for 4nights and it started very well with Liza (receptionist) she was very helpful and respectful for visitors. She even helped us take our 2 rooms earlier because she saw our kids were tired from the travel. However, on the 17th morning. The receptionist named Ilia was very rude in his way of talking and attitude. He did not show any respect and was using his hand while talking asking me to come to his side of counter. It did not end here, he referred to another guest issue they faced one night before as it was me and my family which is not the case. The breakfast is very limited with options which made me from next day of stay to have it outside until we left. This is an example of a good hotel but with bad stuff attitude which impacts their rating. The rooms are very good from space wise and no of beds for a family stay. you should also know that the laundry service is very expensive compared to other 5 star hotels.

Recently renovated building with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The staff were amazing. Every booking and request attended to immediately. The location in Tbilisi old city is the best and really if you want a real Georgian experience this is where you want to stay.. not some big chain.

Had 2 stays here, one for 2 nights, and after visiting Kutaisi we spent another night here. The location was great, with easy access to Metro and bus station (#337 heads directly to airport). Holy Trinity Cathedral was around 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and other scenic spots is also within walk distance. Also noticed the guidebook in the room which provides useful information about the attractions nereby. Staffs here are always professional and ready to help, especially Giorgi, Lika and Miriam (sorry if I got her name wrong) who gave us a warm welcome and supported us during our stay here. Feel like being at home and really made me and my parents enjoyed our stay at Tbilisi. Would love to come back in the future!

We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!

I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

44567QBCI have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was one of my favorites because of the service and the local ownership by a local Georgian and their team. The breakfast is one of the best, with delicious Georgian specialties and pastries. The staffing is very generous. The clientele is very interesting with tourists from Israel, Kazakhstan, Russia, and some cultural luminaries. The location is very convenient and not as touristy compared to the old town which we stayed at the second half of our visit. I enjoyed the location as it was near some interesting winding streets near the funicular, had some cool boutiques, and seamed to be a place where cool hip Georgians hang out. Plus it is across the street from some of the large cultural institutions (Georgia National Museum, MoMA, and Opera) and convenient to the Dry Bridge.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. En Tbilisi no tuvimos ningún problema con la comunicación en inglés, pero el personal de aquí tuvo problemas con la comunicación con nosotros varias veces.
Cuando ordenamos una copa a través del servicio de la habitación desde el bar abajo, se llegó en una taza de plástico brillante que sólo tenía lleno.
También sepa que la ventana se dirige al patio donde hay un restaurante y un bar que cierra tarde y dibuja una multitud muy ruidosa.
La ubicación es muy buena, y nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía aquí.

Siempre puede sentir la frustración en sus caras y expresiones, y una amigable mayoría de ellos no entienden ninguna otra lengua aparte de Georgia y Rusa, especialmente los taxistas que no se puede comunicar con ellos ni siquiera pueden leer ¿Google map ? I had several bad experiences in Georgia and will never repeat it , I don 't recommend visiting Georgia if you are looking for entertainment , it was total disappointment and a wax of money . Mira , hay muchos trucos , especialmente en la vida nocturna donde sucedió que estaba buscando un restaurante para cenar y una dama vino a mí preguntando si estoy buscando un buen restaurante , ¿Me llevó a un club llamado mono loco donde se convirtió en un club de bandas que no estaba en mis intenciones ? Entré y miré alrededor y no me gustaba en absoluto y quería salir y la guardia del cuerpo estaba a la puerta bloqueando mi salida y dijo que tenía que pagar 243 GEL casi 88 dólares ? ! He dicho por lo que ni siquiera me senté , que el minuto que pasa en usted tiene que pagar una tasa mínima que es la 243 GEL ? Tuve que pagar porque no quería hacer problemas y dejó , también mirar a los conductores de taxi que una vez tomé un taxi para un viaje menos de 5 minutos y él pidió 40 GEL casi 15 $ ??? Es un fraude total , entonces le pregunté al hotel acerca de eso dijeron que usted debería negociar siempre el precio con el conductor antes de su viaje ???? ya que los taxis no están equipados con contadores de kilómetros ? así que tengan cuidado .
en un país de nuez Gran país y muy bonitas opiniones , pero necesita mucho para mejorar especialmente en la hospitalidad y el Ministerio de Turismo georgiano necesita ser más activo y estar equipado con número de líneas de llamada para informar de engaño y reclamaciones ,no recomiendo visitar Georgia para el turismo , y todavía necesitan más esfuerzos para mejorar .

Наш рейс прилетел в 4 часа утра, но не смотря на это, в отеле нас ждали - менеджер и местные котики. Нам предложили комнаты на выбор. Больше всего понравились комнаты на 3 этаже, они просторнее и светлее. Только учтите, лифта нет и на третий этаж ведет небольшая деревянная лестница. Вида из окна особо не ждите, все вокруг довольно плотно застроено. Отель находится в тихом переулке, но очень близко ко многим достопримечательностям и кафе. У ребят есть уютная уличная веранда, видимо летом там проходят завтраки. В комнатах не было холодильника, телевизора, чайника (если это важно для кого-то), но нам и не нужно было. Кстати, чай можно было попить в любое время на кухне. Кровати удобные, радовало наличие тапочек. Горячая вода есть, проблем не было. Было очень тепло в комнате и мы приоткрывали окно, иначе душно. Для уборки нужно повесить табличку с просьбой убраться. Завтраки: вкусно, по-домашнему, стол был накрыт к нашему приходу. Были оладьи, два салата, тосты, йогурты, сыр, варенья, сок, чай, кофе, яблоки, конфетки. Wifi хороший.

Остальные номера - конура с ”окном”, которое выходит сразу на стену соседнего дома. Окно размером с форточку 30×30 см, которое не фиксируется в открытом положении. Стена соседнего дома была в 20 сантиметрах от этого ”окна”. Ни дневной свет, ни свежий воздух через него не проходит. Возврат разницы по стоимости произведен не был, извинений мы также не услышали. В номере были сломаны сиденье на унитазе, ручка на душевой кабине. На наши просьбы отремонтировать, персонал сказал - ”так это туристы ломают же, сейчас починим, а они опять сломают”. Что??? Вообще персонал крайне .... странный. По поводу сломаной сидушки я уже писал выше. В первый день по поводу оплаченного нами завтрака мы услышали: ”Так тут же везде кафе работают, там и позавтракаете”. Когда было указано, что завтрак оплачен, нас спросили во сколько мы хотим завтракать. На наш ответ, что в 8.30 - 9 часов было бы хорошо, нам сказали - ”Мне неудобно в это время, я доеду сюда в лучшем случае к 9 утра, так что завтрак не раньше 9.30”. Facepalm. По поводу раздельных кроватей в номере сказали - ”так вы их сдвиньте вместе, будет одна большая”. Это последовал ответ на вопрос, почему у нас один пододеяльник на 2 кровати, но второй в итоге выдали. В номере нет шкафа, только подвесной с 2 металлическим погнутыми вешалками из химчистки. Без полочек и высотой сантиметров 80. Wi-Fi нестабильный и не покрывает всей площади отеля, а если ваш номер - конура, то и мобильная сеть там не очень, то есть решать какие-то вопросы по интернету будет некомфортно. Отзывы на известном синем агрегаторе не соответствуют действительности - отель просто удаляет ваше бронирование вместе с отзывом после того, как вы оставите не восхищенный отзыв. Единственный плюс отеля - его расположение в самом центре, при этом там очень тихо, так как отель находится в тупике. Если вы путешествуете с детьми или у вас романтический отпуск - крайне не рекомендую этот отель. Может вам и повезет с номером, но если нет, то вы останетесь очень разочарованы. Не рискуйте )))

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación está muy lejos del centro de Tbilisi, se llevó 17 minutos a llegar allí. Si usted es un turista tiene que tomar un taxi. Pero también hay algunos lugares cerca donde puede caminar. Su tranquilo coz se aleja de la multitud(que es bueno). La habitación está bien. Cada vez que pedimos limpiar la habitación, hay algunas pinturas en las toallas.
