"The place was only open for 2 weeks and still working out the kinks. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable for the price it is worth it. We missed breakfast so I can’t say anything about that."

"This is the worst place I’ve ever been too the door wouldn’t lock and I couldn’t even get any sleep with all the bugs in the bed that kept biting my legs. DO NOT GO HERE TERRIBLE PLACE. I would’ve gave it at least a 2 rating but the fact my door count lock is outrageous I can’t even feel safe for a place I paid to stay at."

"We had a wonderful stay at Talbot Common Hotel. The self‑check‑in process was seamless, with clear and timely instructions for everything—from the entrance to parking and checkout. The room was exceptionally clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect: just a one‑minute walk to Taylor’s historic district, where you’ll find plenty of dining options and a charming small‑town atmosphere. The overall vibe of the hotel is enjoyable, elegant, and refreshingly simple. A great choice for anyone visiting Taylor."
