Very good hotel to stay. Nice location near to Golden Temple. Good food!! Very friendly staff! Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

El servicio fue muy bueno, aunque el capataz sij en la recepción fue un poco taciturno, pero después de que llegamos al hotel tarde la primera noche, el sonido del aire acondicionado en la habitación era demasiado fuerte (el equipo del hotel está realmente desactualizado) , y lo cambié rápidamente después de que propuse habitación. No hay muchos tipos de desayuno, que generalmente son iguales en India. No puede tener requisitos demasiado altos para estar completo. La ubicación del hotel es un poco sesgada, no hay pequeñas tiendas alrededor, mi esposo salió a comprar agua durante unos 20 minutos. Montar en TUTU hasta el Templo Dorado cuesta entre 50 y 100 rublos, que es más barato. El equipo, la ropa de cama es muy vieja, la higiene aún está muy limpia. Si no fuera por el día en que revisé que accidentalmente noté que había una mancha de aceite sin lavar en el extremo de la colcha, debería haberle dado una puntuación alta, pero fue realmente incómodo y lo encontré después de dormir. por tres días.

The staff were extremely helpful and even went a length to help us meet our driver in another area since the road was closed. The room wasn’t quite spacious, still that didn’t make us disappointed. The rooms were well maintained. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We had done advance booking and made the full payment ,after reading the reviews of this hotel. I had booked another hotel initially but the reviews of this hotel Karan residency was better comparatively so cancelled the previous hotel booking, but I experience of the hotel was nightmarish, become of one Mr Gurpreet Singh, who gave us a horrible experience ever. From the time we reached hotel,he was outrightly rude and discourteous . The language was so dis respectful that I regretted cancelling my previous hotel booking. I think the reviews are either fake or paid reviews jus to fool people.. One of the experience was so bad that I am wondering how are they running hospitality industry !!! On Sunday night, I ordered for dinner ,room service at 10 pm, the food didn't arrive till 10:45 pm. When I called at the reception, to enquire, thos same Mr Gurpreet says that ”I assumed that you people would have slept so I did not send it upstairs”!!! I said,why would we go to off to sleep when we have ordered the food ? He said , when I called on the room,there was no response. I said there was no call made , he said that I jus assumed that I would have gone to sleep. By the time the food was delivered, it had turn out to b totally cold. There were many such experiences about his language,attitude and service!!!! In my opinion , this Mr Gurpreet needs some serious hospitality lessons to deal with his guests. I would not recommend this hotel unless the attitude improves and maintaining the respect of your guests is learnt. The rooms are jus OKAY !!! The hotel doesn't have their own restaurant. If you need hot water for drinking in kettle, since it was very very cold there ,they did not provide it. Please don't expect anything from this hotel. Only the cleaning staff,who are all ladies, did a good job in cleaning the room .
