Stayed in tres visas an older couple , We had a lovely room with sea views. We chose self catering as there is an option to pay as you go for dinner . On arrival to the hotel we wete allocated our room with no assistance offered . It’s like a rabbit warren and took us ages to find our accommodation . I had a recent hip replacement and there are no lifts or porter assistance. We were left to our own devices and struggled . However , once in the room we decided it was a quiet high up Room but as we were going to spend the majority of time there it would be ok . I did ask if there was a room on the ground floor but nothing available at that time . We tried the restaurant at a reasonable £20 each . It was full of kids babies and toddlers . Food was very limited in choice . We are not fussy eaters but even the cheese board was poor . Rice cakes for crackers . On the whole the tui Blu is geared up for able bodied people and children only . We made the best of our stay . Luckily the weather glorious and my partner went down the steep hill daily for all our provisions to nearby spar / hyper dino . . Very shaded grounds . Sunbeds on grassy areas again full of children having been taken out of school for Christmas breaks . Families appeared to have a great time . It’s a nice place but totally geared up for families with young children only . Few resultants nearby in a lovely little square . Good ok . Bus to Puerto Rico 35 mins . Bus stop Outside . We tried this place but just to isolated and no good if limited mobility as there are no lifts to apartment areas on steep hills .

What a fantastic venue. We will be returning. Tres Vidas studios are spotlessly clean, comfortable. Beautiful sea views, all access to the hotel facilities and complex. Fabulous childcare options and delicious food, 100% recommend this to families and there are even adults only areas. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. The daytime and evening entertainment caters for kids of all ages and as the evening progresses the adults are entertained. Pool was clean, TUI reps were fabulous. Food was delicious and varied, lots of excursions if you want them. I really can’t fault it. The transfer to the hotel from the airport is 30 minutes which is great with kids after a long flight. The weather is fantastic. Housekeeping are thorough. Grounds well kept. Even given pool towels. There is also a spa attached and I had one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had.

Tres Vidas is a great family hotel, we were all inclusive with Tui. the positives: the location on the beach was lovely, they have an imported beach although got windy in the afternoon and didn’t see anyone using it. The grounds within the hotel were really well maintained, loads of palm trees and grasses areas. The swimming pool was excellent, baby area as well as larger pools. The entertainment was very good. The drinks were very good. The food in general was good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The negatives: the food at times could have been improved, meat was generally over cooked but this wasn’t a big negative because there was lots of great stuff to eat. During the evening there was limited space to sit outside and only 1 bar if you were not at the evening’s entertainment. Other than that we didn’t have any other negatives. Overall we loved our holiday and the Tui company we’re excellent with their app and all round service.

This was my first holiday as a single mum with my two young boys, I requested a room close to the main hotel and the facilities and when we arrived that’s exactly what we got. The apartment was spotless, it had everything we needed. All the staff at the hotel was fab nothing was too much trouble. After reading reviews on here about sunbeds ect I was a little apprehensive but it wasn’t an issue, we just made sure we got to the pool for when it opened to put towels out. There was always a queue of people waiting but I just joined them. The pool area was fab the life guards was always so alert walking around. The actives was great, there was a foam party when we was there which my boys loved. The food was great I have a slightly fussy 5 year old and there was always something he liked. The chocolate fountain was always a hit with the boys. The food was so varied always something different from freshly carved meat to themed evenings. I can’t comment on the night time entertainment as we didn’t go to it, we stayed at the pool till 7 most days then went for a walk after our evening meal. I only have positive things to say about our stay in tres Vidas. We will definitely return.

We stayed in Tres Vidas apartments in June 2023 as a family of 4 with 2 young children (aged 5 and 3) If you want to read about the serious security issue - skip to the end. We arrived at the hotel (the Orquedia, which Tres Vidas is part of) late at night, and were pleased to find that they had opened the restaurant for us and put out some sandwiches, cakes, fruit etc which was welcome! Tres Vidas apartments are part of the Orqudia complex, about a 5 minute walk from the main hotel. The apartments are situated on a very steep hill, so if you have mobility issues you WILL struggle as there is no access other than stairs or a steep slope. We struggled to carry all the heavy suitcases and our 2 tired kids to our apartment - it would have been nice if the staff had offered to help or take up our bags on a trolly. Apartment/Rooms: Pros: Our apartment was very clean and a maid came to clean every other day I believe. It was well equipped - hairdryer, safe, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, glasses/plates, coffee machine and microwave. The shower was very good, the beds were very comfortable. Cons: Our children's bedroom smelt of stale cigarette smoke, there was no bottled water in our apartment (the staff has said there would be, and the shops/bars were closed). The TV signal was very poor. There were no toddler bed guards in the hotel or available to hire either which would be good as many people travel with young children and the floors are hard tile. Complex/Location If you are looking for a quieter, less busy resort then Bahia Feliz is for you. There are some nice restaurants and bars in the square outside along with several supermarkets. There is a bus stop in the resort that will take you to the busier resorts, and things like the aqua park/zoo etc. In the Orquedia complex there are three restaurants: The main buffet restaurant, the Taverna tapas restaurant (which AI guests can use once for free during their stay) and the El Sultan (A la Carte), there is also the pool bar which serves snack food (Hot dogs, toasties, nuggets, chips, jacket potatoes) during the day. Drinks can be gotten from the bar by the restaurant or pool bar (which is in the main entertainment hall for the evening too). There is a private beach for the hotel - but beware this is pebbles not sand. Unfortunately there was always a large queue of people waiting to put towels down on loungers before 8am..... We did struggle some days to get a lounger later in the day which was a shame. The pools are very good - a nice temperature and suitable for the little ones with a kids pool and splash pad. There's a really good aqua aerobics and aqua spin class if you want to get involved. Food & Drink We didn't try the two a la carte options so I can only comment on the pool bar and main restaurant. Standard AI fayre - plenty of selections of fresh salads, grilled fish/meat options daily and a few themed items daily (ie: Canarian, Mexican, Italian) - and then standard thing

We came to Tres Vidas for our first family holiday with our 3.5 year old. We booked a studio. I highly researched hotels before booking as we wanted a place we could sit around at night when she was in her bed without disturbing her. On arriving I was disappointed to discover the studio has no doors, it’s all open plan with the exception of the toilet. However it was very spacious , clean and has everything you need. I found the beds really comfortable and the area was quiet. Air con is just enough but some nights it was still hot. We were lucky to be allocated a studio on the bottom area of Tres Vidas. A lot of apartments are up a huge hill! Not great when pushing a buggy or if you have mobility issues. Tres Vidas shares the grounds and amenities with orquidea and playa feliz. To me it’s all just like one complex, it’s easy to get around. The grounds are beautiful and so well kept. The staff work tirelessly cleaning and keeping things just so. We were so impressed! They even clean the play parks! Not only this they were super, super friendly! The kids clubs are fantastic! Our little one only went once but they were so well organised. I felt safe knowing she was getting looked after well. Again the staff for the kids work endlessly to give little ones a great experience. I would say the night time entertainment is definitely aimed at little tots. Not much for the older kids but plenty for the older ones during the day. There’s so much going on! We didn’t watch any entertainment past 8pm. All the staff have name badges and flags relating to which language they can speak. I liked this! TUI staff were fab! The buffet was good, we always found something. Some nights better than others but they are catering for a huge amount of people! Breakfast was our fav! Hand sanitisers are dotted about the restaurant. Loved the cheeses, chutneys and pizzas. Pool areas kept very clean! I’ve no idea if one of the pools was heated but it was always warm! Pools never felt chilly. My only gripe is I feel the pool area hasn’t enough parasols and the ones they do have you can’t move them to reposition for shade. The sun-beds are absolutely packed in! It would have been nice to have more space and a table between to place yoir things. I feel the pool areas are possibly a little too small when the hotels are at peak capacity. There is no air-con in the buffet, main entertainment area, bar or lobby of Orquidea. I think this would have been welcomed by a lot of guests. The beach area is mostly all stones with a man made area of sand. €3 for a sunbed and €3 for a parasol. There’s a little cafe on the beach front. It’s worth a visit. There is a long walk along the front, had we not had the little one we’d of loved to of done this. A little area of shops and restaurants outside the hotel. This is not a hotel for you if you don’t enjoy lots of children around you/have children. If we didn’t have a child this would not be the place for us it is 100% geared

We had a lovely week staying here. Let me start by saying the hill up to the top apartments is an absolute killer but 2 mins of annoyance is worth it for the accommodation. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment all inclusive and it was huge!!! We found the beds too high for our 3 year old so moved her mattress to the floor. Other note for parents of little ones pack a shower mat. Can not fault the cleanliness of the apartment our maid Mari-Pino was the best. The resort as a whole was also so clean and tidy. We went with a 1 and 3 year old and they had the times of their lives dancing with Captain T to bubble time. The playgrounds were great for all ages and the soft play was fab. We used the facilities in the sister hotel and found the food was lovely and good variation. The pools were great after seeing the other reviews we didn’t have a problem getting sunloungers to start with but as the week went on and it got busier (week before halfterm). Would recommend to anyone a stay here and would return ourselves.

I can highly recommend this place for everybody going on vacation with their family. Good appartments with a small kitchen and seating area in- and outside. Big terrace with sunchairs… and a path to the beach and beachbar. The poolarea is one minute away. Lovely service and housekeeping! Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed at TUI Blue Bahia Feliz for the second time this year. First time we stayed in Las Pitas, this time in Tres Vidas. Both are apartment complexes, connected to the TUI Blue Bahia Feliz resort. We had a wonderful apartment with sea view. The service level at the hotel is really five star. Buffet restaurant is great, both for breakfast and lunch/dinner. For example we had some specific requests - outside the regular buffet menu - and the restaurant staff fixed this at once! Pool and garden areas are well kept - but be quick in the morning to get your sunbeds. The best spots get taken quickly. The (rather small) beach areas outside the hotel is ok for swimming in the morning. The tide coming in at late afternoon makes it hard to swim there this time of the day. The only thing that should be considered when booking the resort, is that there are stairs at Las Pitas and Tres Vidas. If that is a problem you should choose a regular hotel room in the main building Orqidea. All in all we can really recommend TUI Blue Bahia Feliz for guests of all ages.
