2nd staying after 2024. Good location, facilities fair enough. However, was very disappointed from attitude of clerk in front desk. Need some education and guidance to them. Maybe ‘she’ was in bad mood in person but we didnt have to get bad feelings. Wish this wont happened from my next visit.

A taxi from the airport costs about TWD 400-500. Right next to the hotel there is a large playground, a big shopping mall, and convenience stores, all within walking distance. Very easy, comfortable, and convenient for families.

There was 24hours convenient store in front of the hotel. The cabin was tidy and clean. Multi-national people was visit the hotel. The three elevators were fast. Breakfast was available at third floor from 0600 local time. One bottle of beer or soft drink was provided at the first day.

The skyline Monarch hotel is located just right next to a shopping mall. It is easy to go the airport within 15-20 mins car ride. Also within 5-10 mins walk, there are many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, 7-11 near the hotel.

Big room, good location. Surrounded with a lots of local good foods, local market and the shopping mall just next to the hotel. Will stay return to stay at this hotel again if i go Taoyuan

Great hotel for its location. Rooms are huge and clean, gym is also a good set up. Just that the rooms call be brighter. There’s plenty of food options few mins down the road and a 711 across the lobby.

Very nice hotel and easy to find, close to the airport. Very good meal offer.

The service of this hotel is really terrible. We arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m. to check in. The receptionist promised to arrange a room on a high floor for us. However, after waiting for almost half an hour, we were told that the room hadn't been cleaned yet and we had to wait a little longer. After a while, we were informed that the room on the high floor had been arranged for us. But soon after, the after-sales staff told us that there was a malfunction in the room, and they could only arrange a room on a lower floor. I personally prefer rooms on high floors, and the room they arranged this time was seven floors lower than the high-floor room which was initially promised. I expressed that I still wanted a room on a high floor. The staff said they would rearrange it and asked us to go out and take a stroll for a while, saying that they could arrange it for us at around 4 o'clock. So we went out. We came back to the hotel at around 4:30 p.m., but the hotel actually said that the room still hadn't been arranged. The receptionist originally said that they would call to find out the situation for us. After all, they had promised that they could arrange the room for us at 4 o'clock. We had been out for an hour and it still hadn't been sorted out, so they definitely had to arrange it quickly. But when the receptionist saw foreign guests, they left us aside and served the foreign guests first instead of following up on our situation. I noticed that when foreign guests came to check in before, they could be quickly arranged with a room, while we were constantly being shuffled around and delayed. This hotel gave us the feeling that they clearly treated us differently and showed a sense of being overly deferential to foreigners, which is really infuriating.

A really lovely stay, just a bit far from the train but got a mall next to the hotel, need to take the Uber to get there. Everything else was perfect!

They had good customer service. The place was clean and near the airport. Overall I had a good experience.

It was a good clean business hotel. Breakfast could be a little better.
