Fue un poco confuso reservar este hotel. Reservé una gran suite de lujo para cuatro personas. Las instalaciones eran muy pobres. No había lavadora ni lugar para secar la ropa. Las barandillas de hierro en el balcón eran muy amplias. No se podían colgar las perchas. Solo podía poner una silla para colgarlas. Originalmente me quedé en un B&B solo por la comodidad de lavar la ropa. Como resultado, la insonorización era muy pobre, había mucho ruido por la noche y había varios aparatos eléctricos. Los electrodomésticos hacían mucho ruido. No dormí bien. Quería cancelar mi estadía por algunas noches y no me reembolsaron. Estaba un poco enojado. Recomiendo a todos que se queden en un hotel con vistas al mar. No soy feliz viviendo aquí.

Reception staff very polite and good service. After checked in they keep in checking any request or help that we need. Everything goes well, clean and tidy. Just a bit difficult to on TV program, but still manageable after 15mins 🤣 definitely will come back again.

Staff was very proactive with all communications via WhatsApp from pre-check in, daily welfare check on guest and post-check out for feedback! I had some difficulty with my luggage and even though it’s my own issue, the staff did his best and assisted me all the way through! Location of the accommodation is very much within walking distance of local food (dim sum & Bak kut teh) and international options like McDonalds, Starbucks, KFC, etc. A sizable mall is also across the road that has a nice supermarket, cafes, Mr DIY, Guardian, etc. View from 19th floor was amazing and I’m very satisfied with the room’s amenities and facilities like the microwave oven, kettle, ceiling fans, air condition, shower, beds, etc. would love to be back if I’m ever in Penang again!

Very spacious and good location with a mall opposite the street and very convenient public bus that goes into town and beach area. Recommend to stay.

We loved this house very much! Rarely find this kind of BNB actually especially during last minute booking. It was a great option especially for family with kids. What we loved about this house: 1) Great setup of bedrooms with playground and variety of toys. 2) Got 4 queen beds and comfortable pillows. Cozy bedrooms. 3) Equipped with electrical items (hairdryer, iron + iron board, microwave, kettle, fridge, cooking pans, plates, utensils, etc.) 4) Huge tv projector and cozy sofa. 5) Bathrooms with toothbrush sets, tissues. 6) Very nice view especially at night. 7) Convenient parking, very helpful and attentive staff & security. 8) Easy check in and early check out. 9) Housekeeping is available upon request. 10) Food servings option is also available. Some improvement suggestions: 1) Bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned (toilet bowl, corner of the wall). 2) Limited lifts per floor. Only 3 lifts for 41 floors. But still manageable to get lift on time. 3) May be better if can install wall fan in the bedrooms (to dry out the damp floor). 4) Also, much better if the unit has a washing machine option. Overall, we were very happy with the stay. Once in a lifetime for having great BNB like this. Very recommended!

The apt was clean and spacious . Really comfortable for a family. Location is great Just probably the lifts are limited , at peak hours time check in and check out , almost impossible to use it bec the lifts are used also by the cleaner. Probably it would be better it was during off peak season/non school holiday
