Perfectly located—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The space itself was comfortable and had potential, but the cleanliness wasn’t up to standard. A bit more attention to cleaning would make this stay much better.

We called to make arrangement with host saying pls let us in by 4pm. They said no issue. We travel from kl to landmark thought wanna to check in. Details n location + keys info all not provided by 4pm. The host name little cabin. There is a reception guy sitting there n couldn’t answer any of our question regarding check n keys. Got really frustrated n I did call up trip.com themself couldn’t get thru the host. Waited till almost 5plus only the host reply n given us the postbox n keys details. Bad experience with tiring kid in the car. Regarding towels story. Asked host make sure the unit comes with towels? Host details all came with towels so we didn’t bother to bring. Checked in no towels n unit not very clean either. Rush cleaning job. Just sent towel almost 9.30 pm… sitting in the unit waited towels till late night only able to have a shower. Not going back this host unit anymore. Bad experience. At least pls pick up the call n explain to customer… this kinya of service who dare to book the unit anymore

Nice and spacious apartment, good location and spectacular view from the apartment. However over all cleaning and condition was really bad, beds ( including duvet, mattress and mattress cover was full of fungus, old sofas feel like never been cleaned feel wet and bumpy, kitchen glasses, plates smells bad, cracked plastic bowels, microwave was dirty. Air conditioner and TV remotes were broken, door peephole was covered with a tissue paper. Unfortunately I left the property only after spending a night despite booked for 5. Thanks fully Trip.com refund my money after initial struggle to get a full refund. The apartment is manage by a company called little cabin, via WhatsApp their office on the main road just next to a pizza shop but staff member have no authority to do anything about issues. I am afraid I will not recommend it to others to stay here, unless they refurbish the whole apartment and up their standards.

If the interior was just as good as the contact service, then it would be a 10 out of 10. The bathroom can use a renovation, but it's doable for now😊. I prefer the hawker centre around the corner than the famous very busy gurney😁.

Nice view from balcony. Cleanliness kene improve lg, sbb masuk² lantai berhabuk. Ruang selesa. Bilik air, tgkap open view. Insecure. Kalau bidai tukar baru then Ok je. Location strategic, nearby gurney bay.

Checkin and checkout were smooth. Pretty basic stay. TV was not usable. Leaking in toilets. House was not clean. Dusty.

The facilities are very minimal. The key fob for this unit was not wirking so we had to use the service lift which was not clean n well maintained. Need to upgrade the unit.

Clean and nice interior. Good hospitality from the staff. Stunning ocean and city view from room.

Some of the lifts are out of order some time forcing us to wait up to 40mins during peak hours just to get on an elevator. The unit is spacious and is equipped with a washing machine. Quite convenient but lacks detergent. This we had to buy or bring our own. There's hot shower but two of the lights inside the room do not work rendering the room very dark at night. The AC remote didn't work because the batteries are already dead. One unit of parking space was provided for us. The two beds are huge! Three kids could sleep comfortably on one of the beds.

Wall paper peeling off all the walls, hair from previous occupants, generally not well cleaned.

The room is clean upon our arrival The location is quite difficult to grabfood in the morning; but it’s near to Straits Quay. The service is good via whatsapp, if your request is available then they will provide it. Too bad only 1 water bottle (1,5liter) per stay (not per night) for room accomodatin 4people, need to buy own water to hydrate. Available soap & dish soap; need to bring/buy detergent if want to use the washing machine.

The apartment is incredibly spacious, with very comfortable beds—perfect for a relaxing stay. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which is ideal for families with children. We did encounter a minor electrical issue, but the customer service team resolved it promptly after we contacted them. A few small improvements could enhance the experience: the floors and bedsheets could be cleaner, and replacing the older linens with fresh ones would make a big difference. Additionally, providing basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash would be a thoughtful touch for guests. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay.

Great location and easy check in and check out. Recommended.
