Todo está bien excepto que encontramos una rata dentro de nuestras salas de estar buscando comida 😅 Creo que vino del inodoro, y la puerta del inodoro tiene un espacio enorme, así que creo que entró por la puerta, pero afuera del hotel es hermoso como Bali. Realmente disfruto del aire libre y del café Biru Biru.

my family and I had a pleasant stay. the resort is Bali concept. good surrounding, good location and very friendly and helpful staffs. recommended for short getaway trips.

Wonderful experience and very comfy for family stay. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended for family. Quiet and the sea view was perfect and awesome.

love all about lost paradise. definitely will repeat again really soon after the monsoon season. all the staff & especially receptionist really helpful and very polite. 2 malay girl wearing hijab that really help a lot everytime i ask question either directly & on call. Thank you so much ❤️

This hotel have a very beautiful view, is look like Bali-Indonesia but in Penang-Malaysia, the restaurant serve a best food as well. Would like to comeback again if we do travel to Asia again ☺️

Nice view and friendly staff. Hotel area is clean. Overall , happy to stay here. Upset a bit due to restaurant close for temporary upon Check in due to heavy wave and bad weather.
