Room is damp and many dust. Aircond can be used but a layer of dust can be see clearly.. Can stay because there were not many option available.

Really nice hotel for a short stay. Parking is behind the hotel, and there are ironing board outside near the lift. The hotel located in the centre of Kuala Terengganu so all places of interest is within 5km radius. If you are looking for affordable stay, do consider about booking this hotel.

The secondary door lock was broken, the night lamp was burnt out, and the towel rack was already broken. What upset me the most was the blanket—it looked clean and white, but it was itchy and uncomfortable. Hygiene definitely failed. 😡 The room was not soundproof at all. I could even hear the person in the next room coughing, let alone any knocking or other noise.

Strategic location

Room upkeep was poor. The room was dusty with a musty smell, and the bed sheets and towels were stained. Toilet paper and tissues were not provided, and the wash basin was leaking. Overall, the stay did not justify the price paid.

Air condition was very bad. Not cool at all, felt like a sauna. I was sweating all night. When complaining, multiple rounds of checking were being done. Then, being offered for upgrade room with additional cost. I took it since the air condition is not improved. The service was good with good manners, just the offer of upgrade with additional cost is not justifiable as the fault was at hotel's side.

Not really good experience. We check in here just because of our daughter convocation day. Nothing in the room but we still have to wait for the staff to checked the room during check out.

Good stay for business travellers overnight in Tanjung Malim area

Room and attached toilet a bit small. All necessities provided (inclusive hair dryers and mineral water). TV work well with working channel. Air con is cold and water pressure is good. No issue with parking.

Everything just ok, but need to be improve in term of room of size
