Hotel initially presents well. However some things let it down. The room was large and spacious however it was quite windy outside and this howled through window all night. The bathroom : the shower is over a really high bath that has no door or curtain so the floor gets flooded even if your being very careful. The toilet seems to have a leak either from the water feed to the toilet or bidet as the grout channels in floor were always full of water. Only 1 towel and one hand towel supplied. Restaurant: just don’t!! The food was shocking. It made a student flat dinner look like a 5 star dining experience. Staff were helpful but very inexperienced. Basically the restaurant is an afterthought. Breakfast: this is at a different restaurant in the complex. It was quite good. Extensive fruit and vegetable options. Lots of egg options. Lovely pastries. Only minor letdown was tea and coffee. The property is a long way from any local restaurants but there is a mall 10to 15 min walk away. Just not very pleasant walking there in the wind we experienced. Would I stay here again : Yes What would I do different : taxi to the Medina and eat there. Take ear plugs.

Estaba cerca del aeropuerto pero a 15-20 minutos de la ciudad. Yassir fue el gerente de recepción que nos registró. Fue muy educado y nos explicó los recorridos y lugares alrededor de Tánger. El hotel estaba limpio y nuevo. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que se aloje aquí y tenga un vuelo al día siguiente o dos.

La gente de la recepción, el personal del restaurante y el bar, siempre feliz y útil. Le agradecemos especialmente por Jamila, nuestro servicio de habitaciones fue sorprendente, ella es muy feliz, útil y atenta, tan hermosa. Gracias por nuestros días sorprendentes con usted. El hotel está en la ciudad nueva, pero está a menos de 600 metros de la ciudad vieja ya unos cientos de metros del mar interior de Tánger. Se puede ver el mar interior y una piscina; el desayuno también es rico y abre temprano. Volé a Marrakech a las 8 en punto. Después del desayuno, fui al aeropuerto a frotarme a las 6:15. La calidad del personal de servicio también es buena. Pero todavía queda algo de distancia por recorrer hasta el mar Mediterráneo, lo cual es relativamente inconveniente.

A finales de marzo, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de montaña externa de Dengel, Marruecos, y el entorno es relativamente bueno. Pero debido a la luna de miel, no hay muchos huéspedes básicos y la piscina está en mantenimiento. El costo de la comida de cocina es relativamente bajo, la comida es poco y no se añade, el personal de servicio al cliente no sabe básicamente el inglés y la comunicación es relativamente difícil. El desayuno ha pedido una taza de 200 ml de soda, una tasa de 12 dólares, un poco fuera de la habitación, por supuesto, las instalaciones de la habitación están en cinco estrellas. Después de salir del hotel, descubrió que recibió más de 250 dólares inusualmente, y ya solicitó reembolsos al banco. El nivel de servicio global puede ser 2-3 a nivel estrella. Tanger에서 총 3개 호텔에 숙박했는데 여기가 최고입니다. 위치는 부촌 안에 있어서 입구에 경비가 있고 방이 총 10개인데 조용하고 엄청 고급스럽습니다. 바로 앞에 주차할수 있어서 좋았고 룸컨디션 최상이고 모로코에서 숙박한 호텔이 20곳 정도 되는데 여기가 와이파이 제일 잘 잡힙니다. 끊김없고. 단점이라면 방마다 차이가 있는것 같은데 제 방에는 냉장고가 없었고 자연친화적인 호텔이라 그런지 방에 개미가 많아요. 음료수 과자 이런거 잘 관리하셔야 할것 같아요 개미 극혐하시는분들은. 그리고 수영장이 엄청 좋은데 공사중인지 현재는 운영을 안하고 있습니다. 전반적으로 모로코에서도 손꼽히는 호텔입니다.

Nice hotel brand new , clean ,so convenient to the downtown via car

When you go somewhere that you really enjoy, you don’t count how many times that you have been there. This was at least my third visit to this hotel, maybe my fourth. But it was my longest stay (2 weeks, during Christmas and New Years). I recently was cleared for International travel after having a very complicated hip replacement. Post Covid, post surgery, I needed to go somewhere that I knew that I would enjoy. The Marina Bay did not disappoint. To start, the weather was perfect for winter weather. Sun daily, the panoramic view of shades of blue (my favorite color) was awesome. Since I retired in September 2023,this was one of few times that I could get away and try to answer the question: If I died yesterday, what would I regret that I did not have a chance to do. The answer is still a work in progress, but Tangier was a perfect place to think about the question. Much of the staff was the same incredible crew that I experienced from my previous visits. Mr. Berrada has added a few more superstars. Aya, in charge of guest services started my positive experiences when she messaged me, “We will be happy to welcome you.” I thought that was just normal professional courtesy. But when she said, “I’ll make sure that you have a pleasant stay”, after Covid, surgery, and an ever worsening global situation, I needed to feel like I was going to enjoy myself. One day I had the chance to visit with Mr. Amine Berrada and during a phenomenal 90 minutes plus, he talked about his vision for the hotel and the quest experience that he is shooting for. Before we finished Aya came in and we all talked for at least another half hour. Before I forget to mention something really special, my plan for the holidays was to get away and think. I made no Christmas or New Year’s plans. The first, second and third time that Aya mentioned the New Year’s Celebration that they planned, I thought that I would rather stay alone in my room. Her brother was visiting from outside the country, and I had a few opportunities to talk with him. Finally, I decided to join the folks for the celebration. I would have missed a fantastic evening had I chose not to attend. The multi course meal, the entertainment (a soulful singer & flamenco dancers) provided for and incredible night to remember. Separate subject: The only breakfast that I remember being better was the Atlas Vichy Celestins, in Bouznika. Their weekend spread is truly a must experience. But the daily offering, the love from the staff, etc make the daily breakfast at Marina Bay one of, if not the best hotel breakfast meals that I have ever experienced. Bottom line, my holiday experience at Marina Bay was so enjoyable, that I might finish 2024 the same way.

Muy buena ubicación. Buena bienvenida. Bonita piscina. Desafortunadamente, la habitación que me dieron no está en los pisos recientemente renovados (a partir del quinto piso). Yo estaba en el tercer piso. Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación pero fue en vano.
