La limpieza mal, las sábanas olían feas y el baño estaba mal limpiado. Un poco alejado del centro y las principales tiendas y restaurantes

Las habitaciones dejaban mucho que desear. Nada acorde a las valoraciones y al nivel del hotel anunciado. Como ejemplo sofá roto, sábanas viejas hasta con pelotillas, alcachofa de la ducha oxidada y azulejos del baño amarillos. El personal no ayudaba en presentar la oferta turística de la zona y que habían ofrecido mediante paquetes en correos. Sólo era amable el personal del restaurante.

Very pleasant stay with affordable price. Nice location. The room was clean and spacious. Cozy vibes that warm our heart in the cold weather since it was raining outside. We as husband and wife got to experience heart to heart moment at the balcony with the breathtaking view while coffee-ing 😍 I think hotel should put a set of coffee table at the balcony.

Comfortable Stay, Good Location, Family-Friendly I stayed at De La Ferns Hotel for 3 nights with my family, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is convenient — just a short drive to most key spots around Cameron Highlands, but still far enough from the heavy crowd and traffic so it feels peaceful. The surroundings are quiet with a nice cool breeze throughout the day. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were good, and we appreciated the balcony view facing the greenery — it made mornings feel very refreshing. Housekeeping was consistent and polite, and the staff in general were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was decent. A mix of local and basic Western choices. Not the most extensive spread, but enough to start the day. The dining area has a nice atmosphere too. Parking is easy, which is a plus, especially during peak holiday times in Cameron. The lobby and overall hotel environment are calm, neat, and relaxing. If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the interior updates — some parts of the room and common areas are starting to show signs of age. Not a major issue, but a refresh would elevate the overall experience. Overall, De La Ferns is a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in Cameron Highlands, especially for couples or families. We enjoyed our stay, and would consider coming back again.

Hotel is rather old. Poorly maintained bathroom. Towels are rough and seasoned. Breakfast selection is too limited n not enticing. Lots to be improved. Good on getting JAKIM halal certified. Well done.

Clean room, cold weather throughout our stay (17 -19 degree celcius). Requested simple room decor for our anniversary, they did it. Simple gesture that warms our heart

Great location, the building looks fantastic, very nice. Overall service is great, just the room cleaning is a bit not up to the standard. We can easily found the hair left from previous guests on the wall.

Staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Facilities are good and well maintained, matching what you’d expect from a quality stay. Do note that the hotel requires a deposit of RM200 upon check in, so it’s good to prepare that beforehand. Overall, Hotel De La Ferns is a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and cozy place with a touch of classic charm in Cameron Highlands. Clean & neat, overall satisfied

This is our 2nd stay at de la fern. Last stay was in 2019. We stayed in a triplicate room. The room was clean. Suitable for us, 2 adults with 3 kids. The breakfast choice was good. The hotel location is also good. In the middle between Tanah rata and Brinchang. Pleasant stay.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in Cameron Highlands over the weekend, and our stay was overall very good and pleasant. We booked a stay that included breakfast, and it was definitely worth it—the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Rajoo, who stood out with his excellent service. We will definitely come again and plan to bring our family along next time!
