So far ok stay dekat sini, bilik/toilet semua bersih. Senang check in/out, staff friendly. Parking mmg ada khas unt cust. Harga affordable cuma xde breakfast/cafe. Either kuar makan or bring your own food. So farr good👌

Hotel is clean. With the nice location. Friendly staff. Parking lot also alot.

Good room, a bit big than what i expected but the bathroom a bit smaller for my liking. Good customer services and all the staff is friendly

Everything was okay but there was unpleasant smell in the room. I had to spray perfume in the room.

Staff friendly and helpful and able to provide us the needs we want only thing is the hotel needs to invest into pest control and savage matter. Also the towels need to change to new and better quality one

Stayed here bcs i was attending a friend’s wedding at Freeport Afamosa. Took me 10mins there. Anyways, my stay was pleasant. The tv was as expected, just a few basic channels but sokay i just wanted to sleep for a night. toilet was clean but rather too slippery and there were ants on the sink counter but sokay, it’s still acceptable for me. Kiblat was wrongly navigated in our room, i suggest future Muslim guests to double check using apps. The cups provided was dirty so i didnt use them but thanks for the complimentary mineral water. Aircond was functioning well, large wardrobe with hangers, comfy bed and friendly frontdesk + nice staffs ☺️ for breakfast, cari je kat luar byk ;) parking were plenty too. Not noisy bcs it’s not really right next to the main road. Above all, i would say it’s a good deal to stay here 👍🏻

The good thing about this hotel is that it’s strategically located in the centre of the city and have decent parking spots.  That’s about it.  The downside of the hotel is that 1. It’s expensive. More than double the rates of other decent hotels (no stars) in the area; 2. The rooms though look clean are not. The floor is tiled and feels like hardly swept. There was dust on the floor and had to wear footwear at all time; 3. The bed, linen and pillows are not well treated. The bed, you could feel and hear the bed springs. Only 2 thin pillows provided. The towels were also small and one of it was turning yellowish; 4. The air-conditioning is like not regularly serviced as dust could be seen in the air vents/ducts. Takes long to get cold and when asked for a second key card to insert in the main power switch to keep the air-conditioning running, front desk said no second key card can be provided.  When complained that it’s not cold, only than a second plastic card was inserted into the main power point whilst we were out.  5. The front desk customer service is like non-existent. No friendly smile and not pro-active. Like being forced to work there.  Luckily only stayed one night.  Have stayed in S & P Hotel & Glitstar Hotel in Tampin before. Although looks a little battered from the outside but in the inside it’s nice and clean including the bathroom. Best of all these 2 hotels, the per night stay is less than half of this particular so called 3 star hotel we stayed in.  Friendly staff too.  Hopefully the service and cleanliness can be improved moving forward.

The toilet bowl is dirty…over all the room is clean and comfort.

Bed is soft, quiet environment. Near to shops n restaurants, all walking distances.

The toilet is lack of maintained and the shower head and the sink is keep leaking while using.

Pleasant stay. Recommended for others, since the place is clean.

Overall, pretty decent for the price

. / Strategic location in Pekan Tampin.. Plenty of parking lot.. Room was nice n clean.. Toiletries only body wash n shower cap, no toothbrush & toothpaste. Overall was a nice stay.
