Excelente servicio al cliente por Jay y AR, nunca he visto un servicio al cliente tan bueno que he hecho la estancia en la habitación.El lugar, el lobby son muy limpios.la hospitalidad incluye café, zumo, El desayuno es excelente y gracias a los empleados de la oficina y al gerente.mantener el buen trabajo

En primer lugar, la buena noticia, el escritorio delantero fue alegre y útil. Este hotel fue construido en 2019, por lo que es bastante nuevo y moderno. La cama fue muy cómoda. Buena presión de agua. Ahora la noticia no-buena. Sé MUY CUITO por su entrada desde Dale Marby. La segunda entrada, la más cercana a McDill AFB es una entrada de una pista, que algunas personas usan como salida. Si están saliendo, no puede entrar y tiene que llegar a un parada completa en una carretera ocupada sin hombro. casi me he terminado atrás. Es interesante que su volumen de televisión sólo vaya a “21”, lo que es casi lo suficientemente alto para oír la televisión con mi pérdida de oído. Ahora veo por qué. Las paredes son tan finas que cualquier cosa más alta que 21, y sus vecinos podrían oírlo tan alto como usted. La única salvación es que vuelva al fan de tu AC al alza y espere que el ruido blanco se ahogue a los vecinos. No es lo que esperaba, o esperaba, dado la buena primera impresión del lobby. Me impresionó el servicio del hotel, empezando por recoger mi equipaje y llamar al hotel para el servicio de recoger. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. Maryanna me ayudó a mi habitación con mi equipaje.Susan y Fredrick arreglaron mi nave para el barco y también arreglaron para Uber para llevarme al aeropuerto.El conductor de nave fue un placer, tan amable y divertido.La ubicación fue fantástico! Una fabulosa casa de apuestas brasileñas justo a la puerta.mercados, Deli etc.

Rapidez en el servicio tanto de checkin como checkout, limpieza de las habitaciones y el hotel en general excelente. No tuvieron ningún problema en darme una hora extra en el Checkout. Muchas gracias!

¡Elegí este Marriott por el área de la piscina cubierta y al aire libre! Perfecto porque estaba lloviendo a cántaros cuando llegué y tenía muchas ganas de ir a nadar. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial. El servicio de transporte gratuito fue conveniente y el conductor fue divertido y conversador. Me dieron la habitación con balcón del conserje de negocios. Televisión grande y bonito balcón. Usé el salón de conserjería para el desayuno. Era conveniente y la comida era decente. El restaurante del hotel era un poco caro y la comida estaba bien, ¡pero los cócteles eran geniales! Mi estancia fue perfecta para una noche previa al crucero.
