Nous avons séjourné pour la 2ème fois dans ce resort qui est un véritable paradis pour les enfants. Nous avions nos 2 pts enfants (8 et 10 ans) avec nous et à leur arrivée dans la chambre ils ont trouvé celle-ci très ”classe” (il y avait un toboggan pour descendre du lit superposé en haut). C'est un resort tout à fait adapté pour les familles avec des enfants, beaucoup de jeux aquatiques, des piscines leur sont réservées. Nous avions une gde chambre pour nous 4 avec une cloison coulissante pour avoir un peu d'intimité. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et chacun trouve de quoi se régaler aussi bien en nourriture asiatique qu'internationale. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 mn à pied de la rue très commerçante avec beaucoup de restaurants. Nous avions réservé une navette privée pour les transferts depuis et vers l'aéroport de Phuket, tout s'est très bien passé. A la fin de la semaine, nos petits enfants nous ont demandé pourquoi nous ne restions pas une 2ème semaine, c'est dire s'ils ont aimé. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir une 3ème fois .

El hotel es maravilloso y tranquilo. El personal es maravilloso cada uno y todos los que nos conocemos. No pueden hacer lo suficiente para hacer su vacación especial. Teníamos una habitación deluxe grande en el piso superior con vistas a la piscina. Fue perfecto! La cama era enorme como el baño. El agua botellada se llenó todos los días. La habitación también se limpiaba sin escenas todos los días. El desayuno era una selección de frutas/yogurtes, huevos/bacones/tomates o frijoles de estiércol tailandés. Algo para todos. Teniendo en cuenta el precio, sentí que estaba por debajo del promedio. El personal fue muy amable. Cenamos en un restaurante junto a la playa y tomamos el té de la tarde y cenamos en un restaurante de comida tailandesa, pero ambos eran restaurantes con estrellas Michelin, pero aparte del té de la tarde, faltaba comida. La habitación necesitaba un poco más de espacio y la ducha no era muy cómoda debido a la poca cantidad de agua caliente y la temperatura inconsistente del aceite. En general, quedé satisfecho con el ambiente del resort.

A lot of negatives and positives . Negatives felt bigger, but overall quite a nice place and hence my rating. There was a real issue with sun pool/beach bed capacity. Just nowhere near enough at the beach and loads of *****s would go down very early to reserve them with towels or items. So you have to do the same. Beds and towels became way too short in supply and people were missing out. On one particular occasion my wife and I found two beds with no towels, after lunch and took possession and then about half an hour later a very aggressive guest came at us telling us to F off (at the top of his voice in front of kids) and threatening physical violence against me. Never known anything like it. Luckily, especially in light of recent chemo, I remained calm. Everyone around us with families was horrified. What did management do? Mmmmmm not huge amount. Very nice and calm and friendly and really genuinely liked Samer, but I saw the ***** who was aggressive wandering around the next two days with no cares in the world. I suspect he was big spender ?Totally unacceptable and I am considering what other courses of action I can take. Unreal. Aside from that, there was total mix of families and couples on the beach. Handy hint : have family area and couples area, particularly in the evening. An adults area with a bar and music was much desired and would, I assure you, increase revenue! The room was pretty good. Think there was a faint whiff in room of ´old’ but the bed was great and bathroom decent enough, though not sure what this sliding doors between bedroom and bathroom thing is all about? The swimming pools were pleasant enough, but such s terrible lack of capacity. The adult pool had literally 10 chairs around it and the main pool like 20?? I mean, that’s insane. You need more capacity, that’s obvious. I thought the restaurants were good enough. Not wow. Though the Xmas day buffet was brilliant. Getting table outside was always an issue if not reserved , until families had got done and you could eat later. Fine, but time zone issues often mean you want to eat at perhaps earlier times but this was tricky. Resort looks good and the beach is very nice. Just as I said, not enough chairs and I was threatened with physical violence for the first time on holiday due to that. Not good enough. Samer, as I said was very nice but they didn’t give us anything, not even a fruit platter or something as a gesture and to be wary of being attacked while wandering around a resort is not how I wanted to spend the last few days of my holiday. So, overall, a nice break. Weather good, friendly staff. Prices ok. But too many negatives for me to think I would ever return.

We upgraded from 2 suites from a package TUI booking pool villa 838 costing about 42K THB for 14 nights in November and December 2022. 2 adults, and 2 kids age 17 and 10 so the privacy of a private pool was one of our highlights of the holiday. This is such a peaceful resort with beautiful surroundings and very helpful staff. Notably Emme, Gift, Mark, Tee, Big, Yuda, Tar, Pecky and Winai. This resort is not within walking distance of town / Biang Nang market area, and a taxi to go there will set you back 300 THB each way from the guys on the beach outside the gate. That's the going rate both ways so don't be conned by a chancer. In the resort there's 2 restaurants, one's a buffet and the Napalai on the villa side of the river and you can eat from both if you upgrade. There are 2 swimming pools, several bars and organised trips to temples, islands, local markets, animal sanctuaries offered from the front desk or holiday rep so you aren't cut off from civilisation by being in such a remote area surrounded by beach and jungle, which is actually a plus point if you're a surfer, nature or beach lover because this resort scores a 10 if that's what interests you. We didn't travel to Thailand for the nightlife, just to chill in some winter sun. There's ample entertainment just 10 minutes away from the resort, in town or Memories bar, but if you want boom, boom, boom and all night drinking go to Phuket instead. I'd definitely return, but not with children.

El hotel es nuevo y elegante. Está literalmente inmerso en la jungla. Ventanas panorámicas en las habitaciones y balcones con barandillas de cristal. Bonitas sábanas y una cama estupenda. Le gustó un poco la solución del baño detrás de la puerta corredera: todo lo que sucede en el baño se puede escuchar perfectamente en la habitación. El hotel tiene una costa muy escarpada. Los desayunos son buenos. ¡El gimnasio es simplemente increíble! En el lado negativo, había olor a moho y humedad en la habitación. El cojín de la silla estaba cubierto de poros de moho. Cuando entramos desde la calle, el desagüe de la ducha olía terrible en toda la habitación.

Hermoso complejo con un personal amable. Terreno de tamaño mediano para poder ver a mis hijos ir entre la piscina y la playa. La habitación es básica sin bañera pero espaciosa incluso con una cama supletoria, bien cuidada y limpia. La planta baja en la que nos alojamos era muy conveniente y el espacio del balcón es generoso.
