2017 Dec 17-19. The family with the extended family had our quick getaway to Taipei. The trip consists mostly of zoo visit and tours. We had a glorious time, so we never managed to experience the hotel facilities too much. The proximity of the place to the tourist areas and price were consideration for the booking.

We had a comfortable 5 days stay at Taipei Fullerton hotel. Housekeeping did a wonderful job to keep our room clean and timed. Location was just 1 minute to Da’an LRT station. There are many eating foods within 1 radius of the hotel. El hotel también ofrece bebidas y snacks en el lobby que atrae a muchos huéspedes.

E**za at the front desk of this hotel was the worst Hyatt staff I've ever met, or any hotel staff I've ever been to. She kept asking me what time I would come, saying the room wouldn't be ready at 3 pm. That was very rude and disgusting. It's your fault that you can't check in at 3 pm, not my problem that I have to come back late. If you're going to do it that way, change the check-in information to 17:00 instead of 15:00 and provide more accurate information, okay? The staff at the hotel in Ximen where I stayed before Grand Hyatt Taipei were really smart and friendly, so I had high expectations when I went to the Hyatt, but E**za let me down right from tne start. The facilities of this hotel are good, but the staff was subpar.

We've traveled worldwide, and The Koos Hotel is the worst and dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. If you are considering staying at this place, book another place now. My family had a big family reunion in Taiwan. Due to the hotel's convenient location, which is within walking distance from my relative's house, we booked several rooms to accommodate our big family. The night front staff was rude from the minute we walked into the hotel. He has no basic manner (ie. hello, thank you, or smile). I feel sorry for this miserable man. The day shift front desk staff was better but could have been better too. The hotel is very old and needs a lot of work/TLC. You can smell it as soon as you walk into the room. The carpet and bathroom were old and dirty. One of our rooms even had a moldy closet. The shower was not draining and flooded when we took a shower. The AC is bearly working to stay cold. Not to mention, we saw cockroaches in the room. The list goes on and on. The only clean thing was the bed sheet and bathroom towels. We arrived very early at 1 am, plus many of us just got off the plane after 15 hours of international flight. We don't have enough energy to find another hotel at that time. Besides, we have already paid for the rooms. What annoyed me the most was when the manager promised us a bigger room (we even double-confirmed before arrival); by the time we check-in, the same night shift front desk staff said the room they promised us was booked by other people already and gave us a standard room instead. No apology whatsoever. We are upset because the Koos Hotel has no simple principle and all because they want to make an extra buck. I don't want anyone to be treated this way. El hotel está limpio y el paisaje es bueno, pero es problemático pagar extra por el estacionamiento, pero es muy conveniente ir al puente colgante de Bitan, el lugar del desayuno también es muy cómodo, la vista es buena y el desayuno es delicioso.

No se recomienda aloj**** en este tipo de hotel para personas con sueño ligero, pero el precio depende de lo bueno que sea el ambiente. Si solo encuentras un lugar para quedarte una noche y ponerte al día con el viaje del día siguiente, lo es. Vale, si eres joven 6/ Sería perfecto si viajáramos 7 y nos quedáramos juntos, puedes reservar una habitación directamente 😂.

捷運站出口出去不到5分鐘就可以抵達, 比起其他必須要到對岸並得走上坡的飯店要方便很多. 飯店的人員很親切友善. 房間的清潔度待改善, 一開始覺得還不錯, 後來開始在窗檯發現未清的垃圾, 地板也不是很乾凈, 衣櫃邊角還有之前房客遺留的茶漬/咖啡漬, 要喝水時發現杯子都是髒的必需要請人員來更換 隔天委婉地請房務來清潔房間但可能人手不足所以我們不在的時間無法幫忙打掃 早餐的部分很簡單, 但基本上種類都齊全
