Location is great and awesome stay as well. The crew members are really helpful when you are in doubt by self check in. Breakfast was simple And humble. Still the location is the best! The room is awesome as well. With iPad control, you do not need to worry where are all the switches.

The staffs are nice and friendly .The room is clean and have a great view .We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel .Highly recommended !

though CitizenM tends to be on the expensive side, it is safe, easy and convenient.

Friendly staff. Good location to explore Taipei as it's near to public transport and attractions. Lobby a bit dark but rooms are bright and like the view from latge window by the bed. Thank you.

Hotel is very well maintained, as good as new even though I last stayed in 2019. Kudos to the hotel for such upkeep. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient to walk to Taipei Station and Ximending. It does not have crowded feeling despite it being so convenient.

I love this hotel and will definitely come back. Everything is controlled on the tablet so you can turn off the lights and else without leaving the bed, so convenient ✨

I recently stayed at CitizenM Taipei North Gate again, and the experience was just as enjoyable as before. The hotel is conveniently located only a 5–8 minute walk to Beimen MRT Station, about 8–15 minutes on foot to Taipei Main Station, and within 10 minutes’ walking distance to the lively Ximending District. Right across the street, in front of the post office, there are also multiple bus routes that take you directly to popular attractions such as Yangmingshan and Jiufen Old Street. Check-in/out • Check-in: 2:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM (option to extend until 2:00 PM for NT$500) We stayed in a Double City View King Room. Although compact, the space is cleverly designed to be cozy yet functional. The floor-to-ceiling window provides a superb city view, with a built-in wardrobe and side table that makes storing travel items and documents convenient. The room is also well equipped with thoughtful amenities. There is a separate toilet and bathroom cubicle for added privacy, along with a hair dryer and a mini bar fridge. Universal sockets are available, and the entire room can be controlled via an in-room iPad, including the lights, air-conditioning, blinds, curtains, and TV. The Wi-Fi connection is fast and reliable, and the TV supports AirPlay and Chromecast, making it easy to cast Netflix or other streaming apps directly from your device. CitizenM Taipei North Gate strikes a great balance between modern design and convenience. Its prime location makes it ideal for both transport and city exploration, with Beimen, Taipei Main Station, and Ximending all within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers, business travelers, or couples.

Very suitable for solo traveller. Overall the room is pretty comfy and interesting to navigate. Love the view a lot. Within walking distance able to find convenience stores and eateries.

Good location, super nice room (I loved having the bed next to the window and have always a view over the city). Nice common areas. Definitely recommend it for a stay in Taipei

The room is clean and spacious, with enough room for my luggage. I appreciate the adjustable lighting options, including the ability to choose the colour! Despite the heavy rain outside, I had a good night’s sleep, lulled by the sound of raindrops splattering against the building wall. The bed is comfortable, and the layout of the toilet and shower is well-thought out. will definitely stay here again.

Good, the room is clean and great view. Can see the sunset. The room control on their ipad is sometimes laggy.
