Love the convenient location (right next to MRT and many restaurants nearby), public onsen and private onsen in the room. Breakfast is basic but nice.

Good location for hot spring experience near library and musuem. Our room has hot spring in room so you can enjoy private hot spring.

5 mins walk from MRT station. There is private hot spring and a steam room in room. The public hot spring is very nice and cosy. 5 mins walk to the stylish public library.

It is located near xin beitou mrt station. The staff is very friendly. There are many shops available within walking distance.

Location of the resort was close to Xinbeitou station, so it is quite convenient. However, unless you want to spend time in the spa district or go westwards to Tamsui area, I would advise to live closer to the city centre. In terms of the room, it is spacious, but it felt quite old and dark. The robes they provided, although in a sealed bag, felt unclean and had a stench but luckily the bathrooms were fine. The bath was probably the redeeming feature of the hotel as it filled up quickly and was very comfortable to sit in after a long day of walking. The included breakfast is incredibly mid - hot food didn’t feel hot enough - but it is good enough for a light snack to start the day.

There was a massive cockroach in the room. Other than that, the hot spring was great

We had a wonderful stay at Beitou Hot Springs Resort! The private hot spring room was well worth the privacy, coupled with a steam room and outdoor seating area. It was extremely clean and luxurious. We will not hesitate to return!
