Valoraciones de Phoenix Pavilion Hot Spring Hotel

El personal es amable y educado. El hotel está un poco alejado, pero tiene un automóvil especial para recogerlo desde el hotel hasta la estación Xinbeitou durante el horario de servicio. Aunque las instalaciones del hotel son un poco antiguas, todavía se mantienen limpias.

cleaniness is 5 star service: location is quite inside with free transport at xin bei tou station and they aid to push our 3 lugguage up Con: Check in time is 7pm compare to the rest at 3pm is RED Flag We have to walk all the way up to 3 floor which their room is located out of the lift It is quite scary at night when there is werid sound at 3rd floor Do NOT come to xin beitou on Monday! all attraction is closed! There is no clean hot water instead of sulphur one if you are fine. water heater is turn off at night around 1130pm tested 15 mins without hot one. There is no other facilities in the resort.

This resort is beautifully designed, and the room we stayed in was very large. I particularly enjoyed the Japanese tatami. While the reception area was modest, the interior is elegantly decorated, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Good facilities

The hotel is really good, the hot spring facilities are a huge plus. They have a transfer from the metro station.

Overall good, the shuttle service I think goes until 10 or 11pm but they were kind enough to be flexible with me when I came exactly at 11pm to the station. Make sure you communicate with them in advance. I emailed them and then added their WhatsApp to do so. Worst case you can walk from Xinbeitou station but it's up a hill. Everything was clean, room was spacious, view was nice. There's a local breakfast place that's a 10 min or less walk you can search on Google maps. There's some drink places and restaurants etc closer to the station.

Beautiful quaint hotel in Beitou springs area. Very near geothermal springs area that is very beautiful. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful! Each room has at least 1 geothermal bath tab and the experiences was outstanding to say the least.

The hotel is at upper most corner of the Beitou hot spring area. It's quite old but you can sense a good attitude behind the cleaning and maintenance. Some of the rooms have been / are getting renovated, so the traveller can expect something new.

very old hotel, no lift for guests, no hand washing soap next to the basin, the common stairs were very dirty, you have to walk the stairs to the room. Terrible breakfast, no bacon and eggs. The soy drink had a lot of added sugar but the taste was like water add sugar! No towel mat next to the bath tub to dry your feet. The check-in was allow at 7pm. Very disappointed with the breakfast!!!

Very friendly staff, good reception, very informative and helpful. Location is close to main attractions. The hotel is a bit aged but well kept.

Beautiful and spacious place, the half-open hotspring felt really relaxing. You can feel the cool wind from nature while soaking in a warm tub. Very nice place for a short weekend getaway. Will definitely return again!

Great vintage vibes, very accessible to all the Beitou sites.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice onsen, room is clean. Overall a very satisfied staying before we leave Taiwan.
