El hotel es limpio y cómodo, con vistas nocturnas en los pisos superiores y amplios baños. El Restaurante Marco Polo tiene comida exquisita y deliciosa y buen ambiente. El aire en el vestíbulo del primer piso está perfumado y el servicio en general es excelente.

Buena ubicación, tiendas y restaurantes convenientes, muy buen precio. . Personal de servicio muy bueno.

A very well maintained hotel, clean and in good condition. It's near a night market, and has lots of other restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, stayed in a two twin room, but the beds were more like full size. I requested the beds to be put together but due to the layout of the room, they could not. There was a shower and bathtub. The rooftop also has great views of Taipei, Taipei 101, and SongShan airport and mountains in the distance. I also received two apples as welcome fruit. The hotel could use some updates (e.g. automated sinks and toilets) otherwise a very pleasant short stay.

Very festive decorations at lobby for Chris**as. Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean with all toiletries provided, spacious too! Location wise not that near the metro station but was easy to travel around using Uber. Pool was good with a lap pool and separate jacuzzi pool which heated water, great Taipei 101 view from pool area. Housekeeping service was hit and miss at some points though overall service was excellent ! Will recommend staying here

Nice view in a nice room, however my stay was severely flawed: X location. There is no nearby convenience stores or much food places in the surroundings. The adjoining mall is extremely niche to say the least. X delayed check in. Arrived at 545 pm but only got the room almost to 7 due to some system issue. X staff provide preferential trea**ent to Caucasians. XXX you can hear the sound of the lift from the room as they move up and their shafts. X deposit of 4000 twd per night.

Great service from the hotel with superb view of the Taipei 101 building. Club lounge was nice as well and the team has taken good care of us.

It’s once of the best hotel in Taipei. Hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Amenities are good. But distant between the hotel and the nearby subway station is quite far. But busstop are located nearby. Highly recommended

Excellent service and great breakfast buffet! About 3-minute walk to the 1960 bus station which goes to/from Taoyuan Airport.
