Nice hotel with great choices of breakfast. Convenient location

The staff member who assisted me with check-in was incredibly kind and sweet. She even kindly upgraded my room, which I was very grateful for and truly appreciated. Her warmth and hospitality made a lovely first impression. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the overall level of service from some of the other staff members. Compared with my previous visit to Taipei two years ago, I felt that the service this time was noticeably less warm and welcoming. Some staff appeared rather impatient and lacked friendliness, which made several interactions feel somewhat uncomfortable. I understand that staff may be busy, but a little more patience, warmth, and attentiveness would have made a significant difference to the overall experience. That being said, the hotel facilities were, as always, very clean and well maintained. The room was also very quiet, which is one of the things I have always appreciated about Hotel COZZI. I have stayed at Hotel COZZI every time I visit Taipei, and the consistently clean facilities and peaceful rooms are the main reasons I keep coming back. I hope the warmth and hospitality of the service can be improved, as I would still love to continue staying here on my future visits to Taipei.

Nice comfortable size rooms with a good breakfast selection. Will recommend for other value travellers.

Room was really clean and toilets have heated seats! Staff were also very friendly. Location isn't too bad too, pretty close to a train station but bus accessibility is really good. 7-11 and family mart is just across the road too.

Great stay at Cozzi Minsheng, will return the next time I am in town!

Amazing location, about 8 minutes' walk to the subway at “天行宫” station. Lots of yummy eateries nearby and the hotel's cafe offers full day snacks and beverages. The breakfast is healthy with sufficient options. Unfortunately the coffee machine is really ordinary. The service staff also seem a bit clueless.

Good location, ample size room, comfortable and wide bed, modern, amenities provided. Breakfast was good too. 

Staff is helpful, breakfast quality is not on the international level.

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spotless, modern, and quiet. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service. Great value for money, I can't fault it and will definitely return!
