Dirty. Squeaky floors.
Housekeeping - only fix your bed but don’t really clean the room. Towels and linens don’t smell good.

Always a nice place, and the stuff is nice, the only thing my concern is the check in time, they will really exact 3pm to check in. And if you are from a long time travel you should rest in airplane and sleep, so you will not get tired of waiting in check in, and they dont have sofa in the lobby.

Not as expected, picture shown is superb, but when enter is different. Location is nice, & convenient. Staff is friendly & helpful. Below the hotel is a karaoke, so u will heard the noise from below, even the guest walk by also the same.

Good location and the front desk boy is very nice and helpful. Initially our room at the end and is very noisy. The front desk boy willing to help ud to change to another much better room upon request.

The hotel is cheap but the cleanliness is terrible! They don’t really clean the room properly. Also the Aircon is not cold and this is in summer! They change a room for me but the new room is only slightly better. Their rooms are not sound proof, u can hear loud door rooms banging sound every single night! The hotel is located above a “lounge club”. There will be singing and loud music going on everyday from 12pm plus to 8.30pm! Be prepared for the noisy environment.
