Extendimos nuestra estadía debido al terremoto en hualien. Me encanta la calidad del desayuno.

La ubicación del hotel está cerca de la estación de tren, lo que resulta conveniente para viajar por la ciudad. Hotel limpio con excelentes servicios.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la estación de Taipei y de lugares populares como Ximending. Mientras vamos a Hualien y Taichung durante nuestra visita, la ubicación es muy importante para nosotros. El hotel también cuenta con una excepcional sauna, baño caliente, gimnasio y un agradable restaurante chino con estrella Michelin.

El hotel ubicado en el centro de la ciudad nos permite acceder fácilmente a diferentes áreas de Taipei. La cama es muy cómoda y pasamos noches tranquilas todas las noches.

Buena ubicación y cama muy cómoda. Lo único que no me gustó es que el interior es bastante antiguo, como que las cortinas necesitaban ser renovadas.

The Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the vibrant city. My recent stay at the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff offered warm, attentive service, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with stunning views of the city skyline. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa. Dining was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious international and ********* dishes. In summary, the Sheraton Grand Taipei provides a luxurious, seamless experience with outstanding service, facilities, and dining. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Taipei.

The same excellent service and hospitality as the first time I was here in the late 80s when it was still the iconic Lai Lai Sheraton. Thank you for going the extra mile to make my wife’s birthday memorable with the extra arrangements. Special mention goes to Ellen and the front desk team for taking great care of us.

Location was great-Very well connected with MRT just in front of the hotel . The concierge was very helpful in recommending day trip taxi to Yehliu etc. Breakfast spread  was average with some hits and misses . Liked the soy milk but would have been nice to have the dough stick to complete the offering . Overall excellent stay

The overall experience is quite nice. What is a bit disappointing is the swimming pool is smaller than I thought. Well, tbh, shouldn't expect too much as location is good.

I request higher floor room when I booked the room. But reception arranged the lowest floor. Especially, it is close to the restaurant. The buffet restaurant has very strong flavour to 5th floor . Also gym is vveery tiny.
