We extended our stay due to the earthquake at hualien Love the quality of the breakfast spread.

The hotel location is near the train station which is convenient for travelling around the city. Clean hotel with great services.

The hotel is conveniently located near Taipei Station and popular places such as Ximending. As we go to Hualien and Taichung during our visit, location is very important to us. The hotel is also featured with exceptional sauna and hotbath facility and gym and nice Michelin star Chinese restaurant.

Good location and very comfortable bed. Only thing i did not like interior is quite old such as curtains needed to be renewed.

Centrally located and within walking distance to the main train station. The famous soybean breakfast place is less than 2mins walk away from the hotel. Helps if you want to join the queue at 5.30am.

The hotel is in the middle of taipei. Very close to main station by walk only few minutes. The staffs are professional and helpful.

We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. For Honeymoon we only got 2 small Teabags and 2 small teddy bears. Worst Honeymoon Amenities ever. Breakfast was ok. Good enough. Lobby was too crowded. Restaurants was crowded from morning till evening.

The room is neat and clean, and spacious. The location is very convenient with public transport right at the door step. The breakfast has many choices.

receive a upgrade gesture due to bad experience from previous stay. yet this stay is still not prefect. air conditioning is not working and have to change room after unpacking. location is good but do check your room condition before unpacking.
